Within the context of Rixos Workforce planning, the company aims to figure out the future employee requirements, to improve its employees and to provide a consistency between their knowledge, abilities, experience, talents and the improvement opportunities that the company offers. This is executed through Career Planning which is one of the stages of fulfilling the functions of selecting, training and directing the employees.
Rixos Career Planning-Improvement System is handled in four main stages such as human resources planning, individual evaluation, training and improvement.

COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT
Rixos Hotels apply work evaluation, level structure and basic compensation management system that constitute the infrastructure of the Group’s Integrated Human Resources Management Systems. A fair and competitive structure is implemented by this system in order to attract qualified workforce and to increase the loyalty of the current employees.
