SUNGATE PORT ROYAL WILL START TO OPERATE AS “RIXOS SUNGATE ”

Our negotiations as “Rixos Hotels” with the Russian Mirax Group who are the investors of Sungate Port Royal Hotel located in Beldibi/Antalya are concluded positively. Within the scope of “leasing” agreement signed between two groups, management of Sungate Port Royal will be performed by Rixos Hotels from now on. Following the Rixos Grand Ankara included in our group in the last month, Rixos Sungate obtained the title of our 7th hotel in Turkey and 12th in the world. Our cooperation agreement contains a period of 10 years.

This period may be extended within the framework of mutual satisfaction of both groups at the end of 10 years. Within the scope of this agreement we effected, Rixos Sungate will operate with the aim of increasing the share Antalya which is characterized as tourism capital city of Turkey takes from the world tourism sector.

We have acted with only single aim since the day we were established in Turkey. This is to fulfill the investments which will ensure tourist group with a high purchasing power to come to Turkey. Rixos is a group which adds value in investments with its brand. This is a new model for Turkey. We are in the forefront of this model in Turkey. We have currently hotels in Turkey, Croatia and Kazakhstan. Austria, Dubai and Bahrain are included among new rings to be added in our chain.

Rixos Sungate :
Only the coast of this ultra luxury hotel with 1094 rooms is in 1 kilometer length. The hotel having a special port and established on a 250 thousands decare land places is located in Kemer, Beldibi zone. The hotel has 1094 rooms with 17 different types and 3 thousands beds in total. There are 14 outdoor and 2 indoor swimming pools established in 18 thousand square meters in 1 kilometer coast of the hotel.
