    Nice place

    My friends and I spent one night at this hotel in April 3 2024. Our rooms were lovely, clean and pleasant. The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming and generous. The dining room was ample food. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in. Thanks for making our visit to Rixos Water Warld Aktau enjoyable. Highly recommended

    Basically I liked everything. There were some downsides. For example room service. They didn't bring drinks. We contacted the reception, they answered that they would bring it, but they still didn’t bring it. We had 2 rooms, drinks were not brought to both rooms.
