We stayed for my 30th birthday and I cannot fault a thing, the staff were amazing and went over and above, my partner has a severe nut allergy and they were extremely accommodating. The hotel was amazing and the view from our sea view room was breathtaking. We will be bringing our children here next time as there was so much for kids too.
We had a lovely holiday and the Rixos offers everything you could want. The staff and service are amongst the best we have ever come across in the world…we travel a lot. They could not do enough for you. Bar staff and restaurant staff were super efficient and too many to mention by name. On the beach the guys regularly came around and made sure you had what you needed be it beds, towels, drinks or umbrellas. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was good from the buffet to the individual restaurants you had to book. Those helping you keep fit were amazing and had programs we had never seen before. Easter Sunday was made special for the children and, again, the kids club offered so much…..even judo. Used the free passes to go to Atlantis which is a really good deal. Need to go as early as possible though as so busy. We cannot recommend this hotel and its staff highly enough. Thank you.
Had a lovely 6 day stay at Rixos on the Palm. Met by very pleasant and efficient reception staff despite the early morning arrival time. Accommodation and food were all perfect
A lovely holiday with great staff however the food was not hot enough.
Sea view room was excellent with amazing view .the staff were all very friendly and would do anything for you , hotels location on the palm was great and the facilities at the rixos were superb.we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.
