Good experience

The experience was wonderful, and I truly appreciated the high standards of service that were maintained throughout my visit. I would like to express my gratitude to Karma from the Guest Relations . Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm demeanor greatly enhanced my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my requests were handled promptly and made me feel welcome. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to her and to the rest of your staff for their hard work. I look forward to staying at Rixos Hotel again in the future and will gladly recommend it to others

Good Stay

have just got back from Rixos Alamein after nicely spent vacation in the best hotel in the North Coast. Before arrival, I received a call from Madonna from Guest Relations who asked about any requests we would like to have to make our stay more comfortable. Then, upon checking in, I was greeted by Sayed who did his best to find us the most comfortable room upon our needs. He even showed me different rooms till we chose the suitable one. On the beach, we were welcomed by Karim who was always serving us refreshing drinks without even asking. Mohamed and Shehab from the beach bar became my son’s friends and they we’re always helpful providing cold or hot special drinks upon our needs. My 2 years old boy enjoyed his time on the beach to the max thanks to Amaar who was always greeting him and making is feel safe as long as he is around. And as usual, it is always nice experience in the Mediterranean restaurant as we were welcomed by our friends. I appreciate the effort of Ayman for all the extra miles. Also, Khalil who always made sure all our requests are fulfilled. I want to appreciate the efforts of Islam, Mohamed, Gamal and Mostafa for always welcoming us and making the experience a very positive one. Besides that, i want to thank Merna for serving the refreshing ice cream on the beach and on dinner. I also appreciate the efforts of the House Keeping team specifically Hossam and Mohamed for the room cleanliness. Last but not least, i appreciate the efforts of Ms Israa, the Guest Relations Manager and Mr Yusuf for the exceptional hospitality
