Our staying in that hotel was absolutely perfect right from the beginning. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We booked a superior room with city view and we're promoted to mountains view. The room was really clean and tidy due to respect coronavirus rules. Also room was big and had absolutely everything needed: even a super good coffee machine with free pods. The colours of the room are a little bit too dark but that's not a problem. The view in SPA was amazing: relaxing in a hot tub and looking at the mountains is like a heaven)) The wine list of the bar was super diverse, feels like every brand you can find here! Breakfast was super good too. Thank you for such an enjoyable staying!
Lovely Mountain resort hotel, great service with a true professional team, big gorgeous SPA with modern Gym and huge indoors swimming pool! The bar and restaurant are best quality, the food is delicious, big buffet choice, champagne complementary every day for breakfast. Nice skiing tracks, equipment rent near by, generally great atmosphere all over, this place seems magical!
We had another wonderful stay in this hotel, which is located in a very picturesque corner of Krasnaya Polyana. The service was impeccable, though the rooms would benefit from some renovations. The main jewel of this property is its spa, with an exceptional turkish hamam.
Arrival at hotel was super comfortable and fast. I enjoyed every single moment of staying here! Rooms are big, clean and comfortable! Beds are very comfy, you sleep like in clouds here! The SPA is top of the range, good cosmetics, good massage, everything is on the best level! I will come back here to have some good times again!
It is not the first time I review this hotel. I was here two years ago during the same period. And to my good surprise, the hotel maintains its high standards regarding hospitality and cleanliness. The staff was again very helpful: reception, waiters, housekeeping and drivers of the buggies who drove us to the ski lifts. All are doing their utmost to satisfy the guests. Our room was spacious with a beautiful mountains view. A very pleasant room with excellent amenities and a super comfortable, large bed. The bed linen is super quality and ensures a good nights rest after skiing. Chef in this hotel is turkish, the best chef of all times, super kitchen master, all dishes are top quality with excellent taste, I would give this place 5 michlen stars for kitchen! Will be coming back here for sure!
