Lovely staff and xcellent food. Finishing off in the room (shower idea in particular was not up to standard) and additional information about how everything works in the hotel and the park would be appreciated. Lovely pool area and great service at the peoples pool restaurant with fabulous service by the staff. Should be indicated that access to the spa area for the whole family is included within the stay and also that towels in the land of legends park can be hired by those staying g at this hotel for free.
