Impressive building and great room, probably the widest choice of breakfast I’ve ever seen and friendly staff. The downsides are around how busy it can get in the lobby, breakfast and around the pool. - it’s sometimes difficult to get a taxi and time consuming to get to hotel because of traffic - it’s not clear where around the pool you have to book and where is restricted and quite a lot of beds appear reserved but not being used - we saw that the best table outside at breakfast had been reserved by someone putting out a glass of juice at each place. No one sat at the table for nearly an hour and the staff did nothing to clear the table

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights over Easter at Rixsos Premium Dubia JBR and we can say nothing but great things about our stay. Great hotel, brilliant location and fantastic staff. From the moment we checked in to the time we left all the staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping our room very clean. Our dining experience was simply unforgetable. Being a vegetarian and on a gluten free diet, due to health reasons, I could not partake in the delicious food served at the Turquoise Buffet Restaurant. Having said that, when I told the restaurant staff about my dietary requirements they went out of their way to make sure that I did not miss out, Our chef, Shrinath (Don), prepared special meals for us and came to our table every meal to make sure that we were happy with what he had prepared. Anirban and Tegas , head waiters, looked after us very well and made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you Don, Anirban, Tegas, Mohit and Rashal for looking after us and making our stay really memorable. We would highly recommend a visit to this fantastic hotel.

The location is very good, and rooms and the views are very good. Everything is very clean. But that's it. Too many people, too many Russians that no create a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel seems like little Moscow. The music in the pool playing all day is annoying. The beach isn't anymore what it used to be.

We experienced a great vacation as a family. We liked the beach side and the view of the room a lot. Food at Rixos Hotels in Turkiye is better. This is just the one downside of our stay.
