This was by far the best holiday we have had, from the wonderful hard working staff to the great food, comfortable beds , facilities. We felt very spoilt from start to finish.
A truly amazing hotel in the most beautiful settings. Incredible staff throughout that cannot do enough to make your stay special. Everything about the hotel surpassed our expectations.
From the moment we arrived we felt the stress melt away. Every member of staff we encountered during our stay was friendly, polite and could not do enough to help. Our room was fantastic, as were all the other facilities. Being coeliac, I usually struggle with food on holiday, often becoming ill. This was absolutely not the case here. I was advised at check in to introduce myself to the chef on the first evening and every meal time after that he walked me around the buffet advising me about what I was and was not able to eat. The boat shuttle to the ‘secret beach’ was very easy to use, with very little time spent waiting. The beach area was lovely as were all the facilities in that area. Our time spent here was absolutely worth every penny and we are will be booking again for next year.
The hotel is located less than 30 minutes from the airport so it’s straight off the plane straight into the hotel complex. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were looked after fantastically, all the staff are so polite and the service was always wonderful. The rooms are kept immaculate by the cleaners and the complex itself it’s kept immaculate by all the groundsman. The boat trip was fantastic and having the picture perfect private beach just round the corner made for some wonderful memories. All the restaurants are brilliant, the range at the buffet has plenty of variety and then food at the people’s restaurant was always picturesque. We particularly enjoyed Daidala restaurant for our last night, what a treat that place really is! Thank you to Dilay in particular for always keeps me topped up with Pina Coladas and we hope to return next year!
The staff are amazing, courteous & helpful . The hotel is beautiful, spotless and wonderfully maintained. We loved the daily boat ride across to the beach and the Azur restaurant. We’re already looking to book again !!
