Evidently Mr Khan knows what he’s doing when it comes to management as every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Everyone smiling and making you feel so comfortable in beautiful surroundings . Extremely nice staff, everyone seems to genuinely care about the guests and go out of their way to assist.

The Rixos has changed since our last pre-Covid visit. The pool area has been expanded considerably, but with significant unoccupied 'private' areas, sadly unless you get up early to grab a bed, then you are faced with sharing a packed sandy beach with other guests. The food is plentiful, indeed there is arguably too much choice, leading to inevitable food waste. Suggest having more space so that food tongs can be stored on separate plates, rather than laid down on fresh food, a potential for food contamination. From the excellent night manager, Bibin, we received a suite upgrade on a high level, offering magnificent views towards the Palm. The room was well appointed, with great shower and toiletries, though the drains were smelly, and the whole space was very well managed by our housekeeper (Hussain). Staff, especially those in the restaurant, were always cheery and helpful. Regrettably, the same could not be said for the (suited) restaurant managers who oftentimes looked miserable and acted aggressively towards their juniors; not pleasant to observe in public.

From the moment we checked into the Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, we knew we were in for a treat. It's not often that you find a hotel where it seems like every individual is passionate about ensuring guests have an exceptional experience, but Rixos gets it just right. The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, but it's the people that truly make the experience memorable. A heartfelt shoutout to some of the outstanding staff members who went above and beyond during our visit: Bibin, our night manager, was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Maria managed to secure us a room with a stunning view in our second week, enhancing our experience even further. Chef Arish's perfect omelettes started our mornings on a high note, and Bilal kept our coffee cups brimming with excellent brews all morning long. Bishal, meanwhile, made sure every reflective surface, especially the elevator mirrors, was immaculate, showcasing the pride taken in every aspect of the hotel's maintenance. Because of the exceptional service and the welcoming atmosphere, we extended our stay by an additional week, which speaks volumes about our satisfaction. The team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR truly made our stay unforgettable with their hospitality. If you're looking for a five-star hotel where you feel valued and cared for, this is the place.
