Seven Heights

Seven Heights is a dining destination, hosting all the cuisines from all over Turkey by featuring seven cooking stations enhanced from the seven cuisines of the regions of Turkey. The blend of sights, sounds and aromas of selection ranging on every station becomes a culinary art from where diners enjoy an interactive dining experience as they sample food from open cooking areas throughout the Restaurant either starting from the Turkish Mediterranean, heading to Anatolia, east and south of Anatolian then continuing with black sea, Aegean, Marmora and Mediterranean.
