Rixos Tersane Istanbul is located in a historical district of Tersane along the Golden Horn, a branch of the Bosphorus. The field where the hotel is located is in Tersane Istanbul. Tersane Istanbul is located in the shipyard area, a region with a 600-year-old historical heritage. This area stretches for two kilometres along the Golden Horn, a branch of the Bosphorus. Here the Ottoman ships were serviced and Sultan's sailors built. Tersane was the heart of the Ottoman fleet and Istanbul's cosmopolitan hotspot.
