My overall experience was very good and pleasant. I would like to especially praise the staff member who spoke Arabic (unfortunately I do not remember her name). She was extremely cooperative, helpful, polite, and professional. She made a big difference in our stay, and we truly loved her very much. This was truly one of the most outstanding hotel experiences I have ever had. Rixos Tersane Istanbul is exceptional in every sense, and without hesitation, I can say this is the best Rixos I have stayed in worldwide. Pelin from Guest Relations deserves special recognition. From the moment we arrived, she made our stay extraordinary. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out immediately. Pelin went above and beyond to check us into one of the most stunning rooms we have ever stayed in, and her attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests. One of the most memorable experiences was the complimentary row boat provided by the hotel, which Pelin also helped arrange. Rowing on the water with such beautiful surroundings was peaceful, unique, and an unforgettable highlight of our stay. Thanks to Pelin, we were also informed about exclusive shopping privileges, including 10% off at Victoria’s Secret and 15% off at Sephora, which was a lovely and thoughtful extra. Housekeeping was impeccable. Fatos maintained the room to an exceptionally high standard every day, with great care and attention to detail. At breakfast, Gökhan provided outstanding service. He was extremely attentive, kind, and welcoming, making every morning a pleasure. The heated outdoor pool is stunning, offering breathtaking views over the Golden Horn (Haliç) and the colourful buildings towards Balat. It is the perfect place to relax and take in the atmosphere. The Christmas market outside the hotel added a wonderful festive charm, with so much to see and enjoy. Pelin also recommended the Greek restaurant Mykonini just opposite the hotel, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the traditional dances were unforgettable. I am a Platinum ALL Accor member and have stayed at many Rixos properties around the world, but this one truly stands out. The service, facilities, and overall experience were flawless, largely thanks to Pelin’s exceptional care. Thank you, Pelin, for making this stay truly unforgettable, and thank you to the entire Rixos Tersane team. I cannot wait to return.

When booking online I booked 2 room family suite that has living room. On my reservation confirmation email it did not specify the size (first problem) on arrival I was late and got the smaller room. I was told no upgrade available while online it’s available.(second problem).

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect, especially if you are with children, you don't need to leave the area.
