Waterpark tickets are issued only to guests staying four (4) nights or more, excluding complimentary stays.
Each registered guest will receive one ticket per day, not including day of departure.
Park access is valid during waterpark operating hours from 10 AM until sunset.
Tickets are issued upon check-in and are non-transferable.
Guests may bring towels from the resort for their day out and return them afterward. Towel vouchers are available at the Guest Relations Desk at the lobby.

Complimentary shuttle to the waterpark is provided.
