"The fusion between Korean and Mexican cuisine is truly unique and a first in the market," said head chef Juan Carlos Ramirez Lopez. "With 21 years of experience in the culinary industry, I’m excited to bring my heritage into this breathtaking space at the Rixos Premium hotel. A dish I would recommend is our spicy beef soup, featuring Mexican chilies and spices.
