In addition to General Terms and Conditions stated at Terms and Policies , Legal Notice and Data Policies below items are applied to 'Customer' mentioned in Terms & Policies.

• All room rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Dubai Municipality Fee and 5% VAT.
• A valid Emirates ID is required upon check-in for verification purposes to avail this offer.
• A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night is applicable.
• All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests, 13 to 16 years of age is subject to a supplement per room per night, this is subject to the maximum occupancy policy of the room type.
• Blackout dates applied.
• Offer is subject to availability.
