BEACH & SWIMMING POOLS TIMINGS
- 07:00 until sunset, as per local authorities
- Children aged 15 and below must be supervised at all times
- Use of the pools for adults is only permitted from 16 years of age
- Due to the shells and stony seabed, please be cautious when walking on the beach and in the sea and wear sandals or beach shoes
- Sunbed reservations are strictly prohibited. Unattended towels will be removed after 30 minutes.
TOWEL CARDS:
- Towel cards must be presented at the recreation kiosk to receive fresh towels and will be returned upon return of used towels
- Towel cards must be returned upon check-out, otherwise, a fee of AED 100 will be charged for each lost card.
HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION
Following the approvals obtained from the Abu Dhabi Tourism Department and in line with the directives from the Ministry of Health and Prevention and the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA), Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi operates following these guidelines. Below are some of, but not limited to, the measures implemented:
- The hotel establishment premises are sanitised regularly following the government sanitization and disinfection programme standards.
- Any guests or staff showing symptoms are denied access and the authorities are notified.
- Local authorities regularly inspect the hotel to ensure the guidelines are being followed. Guests failing to comply with safety rules are subject to on-the-spot fines.
- The hotel supports and encourages innovative payments, however, also accepts cash payments.
- In accordance with local regulations, some facilities in the hotel are temporarily suspended.
