We broke new ground with the challenging racetrack originating from the letter X of Rixos that we designated with Turkey Sailing Federation, Gocek Sailing Club and committees of referees. With a higher participation than we expected, we both pleased our guests and set o to the nights in the sailing world prepared with the distinguishing style of Rixos. Thrill starts again! We would like to thank the entire Rixos Göcek team for their tireless efforts and dedication to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all their names, but Bera Hanım, Can Bey, Mertcan Bey, and Fatih Bey went above and beyond for us. Thank you all very much. Büşra Hanım played a significant role in making our holiday wonderful. We witnessed firsthand how she handled even the most difficult customers without compromising her professional attitude. Myself and my wife have been coming to Turkey now for 20 years.But this hotel,gardens,and the staff you can fault. The rooms are stunning,quiet,and great Air con.All food was good,ple of choice,and fresh.Best part we liked was the sea bus over to the beach,what a start to the day.plenty of sun beds also.Staff again were amazing, never had to get your own drink.always happy.Food again was really good.View from Azir restaurant was a dream.then back to hotel for he evening.pools and staff again second to none,cocktails are good, not like alot of places I've been to,so that was a bonus.The really only thing I could say would make it a 10+would be a selection of different entertainment, not saying it was bad,,but felt it was the bit repetitive. We have already booked again for next year for 2 weeks and can't wait to be back.keep up the great work and hopefully the staff get to see my review, because without them the holiday would be a holiday. Thanks and see you soon

Outstanding customer service from 100% of staff

This hotel is unique in terms of a super high quality customer experience. Nothing was too much for the incredible, hard working and polite staff. I loved the short boat trip to the secret beach and the food at the buffet and included restaurants was outstanding. Only slight issue I had was the lack of a dedicated air conditioned indoor bar for the evening as it was very hot.

Wonderful resort

Our party consisted of my husband and I (both in our 50s), our 20 year old daughter, her 21 year old boyfriend and our 17 year old son. There really is something for everyone at this resort and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
