CAMPAIGN RULES & CONDITIONS

  • Miles accrual is valid for stays between 01 July – 30 November 2025.

  • Valid at all Rixos Hotels in Turkiye (listed above).

  • Applies to all standard room categories (excluding Suites, Premium Villas, and Club Privé by Rixos).

  • The campaign is valid for a minimum of 4-night stays.

  • Miles accrual applies only to published accommodation rates.

  • The Miles Campaign is valid for bookings made via the Rixos Hotels website (rixos.com), sales@rixos.com, Rixos Hotels Call Center 444 1 797 (extension - 9) local / +90 850 755 1 797 international, and direct bookings.

  • Stays booked with special discounts (agency, corporate, airline discounts, etc.) and hourly stays are not eligible for Miles accrual.

  • If multiple members stay in the same room, only one member can earn Miles for the stay.

  • Rixos Hotels and Turkish Airlines reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this campaign.

  • To earn Miles from stays, the member must present their Miles&Smiles card at check-in.
