Restaurants and Bars Terms and Conditions

A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for all-inclusive guests to be eligible for à la carte restaurant reservations.

Prior reservation is required for all à la carte restaurants. For Privé Lounge, reservations can only be made for the same day.

Guests not arriving within 15 minutes of the reservation time are considered a no-show, and their reservation will be cancelled.

Please note that wet clothes, transparent clothing, swimwear, swim shorts, and beach sandals are not allowed in any restaurant or indoor bar at the hotel.

À la carte restaurant bookings can be made for up to 10 guests; however, please note that seating may be at separate tables.

À la carte restaurant reservations depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

Last order 30 minutes prior to closing.

Table reservation at Isla Beach Bar is not allowed. Unattended items will be handed to Lost & Found after 30 minutes.

The Hotel reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity.

For visitors of in-house hotel guests, day-use and evening-use charges apply. Visitors of in-house guests are only allowed between 11:00 - 17:00 for day-use and 18:00 - 23:00 for evening-use. 

Please note that In-Room Dining is not included in any meal plan and will be charged separately.

Complimentary access to outlet dining venues is subject to the guest’s meal plan and may vary accordingly.
