- Voucher will NOT be subject to validity extension after expiration.

- Voucher is redeemable 72 hours after purchase.
- Voucher is only valid for 6 months from date of purchase, except for occasion-specific offers
- Voucher entitles recipient and guest(s) (if any) to the experience as specified.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
- Voucher must be presented upon redemption (no photocopies accepted) and must be redeemed before the end of the validity period.
- Voucher is non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
- To redeem, customers must book and quote the unique voucher code.
- Bookings are subject to availability and a booking cancellation policy.
- Choice of menu items from a set menu (subject to availability on the day).
- Upgrades/substitutions may be available on request (but may be subject to an additional fee).
- Add-ons and additional items ordered are fully chargeable.
