• Buffet dining will be limited to 45 minutes per family to accommodate all guests.

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner

• Participation in the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is a highlight of the season and is mandatory for all guests.
• Entry to the Gala Dinner venue requires a wristband.
• The dress code for the evening is formal attire.
• Please note that T&B will be closed.
• Guests are required to visit the reservation counter to secure their Gala table and collect wristbands.
• The reservation counter will be open daily from December 26th to December 31st at 3:00 PM.
• Kindly inform the reservation counter of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
• All registered guests, including adults and children, must be listed to secure their Gala Dinner seating.
• Gala Dinner table reservations will open from December 26th at the dedicated reservation counter
• Seating is subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis; the hotel cannot guarantee preferred seating locations.
• Guests staying with us during the last 10 days of December are kindly advised to secure their Gala Dinner table at the earliest opportunity.
• Guests checking in on or after December 29th will be allocated tables based on the remaining availability and must accept the seating assigned by the hotel.
• Group seating requests will be considered with pleasure; however, they remain subject to capacity and availability during this peak festive period.
• Every registered guest, including adults and children, must be included in the Gala Dinner seating plan to ensure proper arrangements.
• Lunch service on December 31st will be available only at 7H and the Food Truck.
• Bars will close by 6:00 PM, with the exception of the Lobby Lounge and the Sports Hub, which will remain open.
