We spent a wonderful week at The Land of Legends, and it was truly full of activities and quality family time together. There are a few amazing people who deserve special recognition for making our stay even more memorable. First, a lovely lady named Yuliia H. who replied to my emails before our arrival and made sure all of our requests were perfectly arranged. She was incredibly helpful and professional from the very beginning. Next, Ceylon, the lovely lady who was always standing outside the entrance to the hotel from the shopping alley – always smiling, welcoming, and kind. Her positive attitude really brightened our days. And last but definitely not least, the gorgeous and super helpful Tenzile in the restaurant area. She was simply outstanding – so professional, caring, and always made sure my daughter Bella, who has celiac disease and must follow a strict gluten-free diet, had everything she needed. Thanks to her, Bella could safely enjoy her meals and even delicious gluten-free desserts! I can’t thank her enough for all the effort and kindness she showed us. She truly deserves praise and recognition from the management. As for the theme park – it was amazing, but at times a bit stressful since it was quite busy and difficult to find a seat by the wave pool. It would be wonderful if there were a dedicated area just for hotel guests, where we could relax with all-inclusive food and drinks. The Kingdom Points system was a bit scattered around the park – coffee, drinks, and ice cream were all in different places instead of one convenient stop, which was a little inconvenient. But apart from that, the kids absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time! The hotel is very child-friendly, which was perfect for our family. We also visited Rixos on two afternoons – it was a more relaxing and calm time for me, and the kids enjoyed the beach and the delicious food there. Back at the hotel, there were plenty of food options, especially at breakfast and dinner. The dishes were delicious, and we had no issues at all. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday at The Land of Legends. The staff, the activities, and the family-friendly atmosphere made it a truly special experience. We all really enjoyed it and will definitely cherish the memories we made there!
