Everything was fine. I like everything. Nice and helpful staff. No problem. The only problem, we booked a superior room and we got into bedbug season. First we saw a bug on the window, then two bugs, then three. We called for help, but staff didn't come to us right away. As a result, we found 6 bedbugs. The next day, we found a few more bedbugs on the window. I had to call for help again. As a result, we found 31 bedbugs in the curtains. After this, it was very difficult to sleep at night. Otherwise, everything went fine. Room and service provision at a high level. We will definitely return there, but not during the bedbug season and we will ask the staff to check everything in advance. Thank you very much. Rixos is the best !!!! I am very grateful for your hospitality. Any requests were carried out by the staff. They extended the room for free when we asked. A lot of good impressions! Thank you very much again!
We really enjoyed our stay with Rixos. The location, staff and atmosphere were very nice. Complementary champagne and good variety of foods were served for breakfast. We used hotel transfer to come and go. It was very convenient for a very good price. We would definitely recommend you to stay in this hotel if you are looking for a 5* hotel with a mountain view
Checking is fast, reception staff are awesome, I will never forget this trip to mother Russia! All staff is super welcoming, room is clean and houskeeping always keeps it this way! Breakfasts are delicious, food is great! SPA is nice and relaxing! And the weather is great!
