Rixos Park Belek

We bought our trip in mid of July and our holidays started on September 6. Upon arrival there was no coffee machine in the room, no beer in mini bar, no bathrobe and slippers (upon request we got it). After few days Nespresso cafe was closed and they started to make regular coffee which wasn't good. Main problem was stuff (i would say 90 percent of stuff was unhappy, without smile and sometimes even impolite. First time we met so unprofessional guest relation (Dilyara), house keeping was also average. Stuff do not speak english or russian, so sometimes it's hard to communicate. During your meal they do not pick up dirty plates, do not offer more wine, water and etc.. Second big problem - lack of order. Usually we spent our days near the Oriental pool, so they never clean floor around the pool, there you could find lot's of tree needles, they do not collect empty bottles, dirty glasses and so on. We reserved room with balcony in the main building, but whey offered us room in Oriental side of hotel, near Rixy kids club and in more quite place. Room was old, but with big balcony. If you expect peace, so keep in mind that you will hear absolutely everything what is going in the corridor! And during day housekeeping will do everything very loud too. Live music ends at 00:00 so after you could here lot's of noise. Greatest respect for the girls from Rixy kids club. They really try to make kids happy and with lot's of entertainment during the hole day. On the departure day our girls even received presents. Food was really nice, the choice wasn't big but it was tasty. Another sad thing - fish a la carte restaurant was only for the adults (i couldn't find this information in official website or hotel concept of year 2023), but age limit is from 15. It would be okay if the hotel had 4-5 a la carte restaurant's and it has only two. You will also find beautiful, green area with lot's of sports activities, big gym with new equipment, tennis courts, football field...

Called for towels, but didnt get it. Got towels when we saw roomservice, but also she didnt clean our room, because our baby was asleep, and worker said, that she is in rush, and wont come back later. Its a bit of dissapointmet.
