تجربتي رائعة وكان لدي بعد الملاحظات وتم تقديمها للمختصين والمسؤولين وتم التعامل معها وحلها ، والطاقم في قمة الأدب والتعاون والاحترام والتفاني في خدمة النزيل وتوفير كل سبل الراحة والأمان والرفاهية .

We were a family of 4, with 2 small kids. Suggest to have: cabinet to change clothes after beach and/or pool. We had to change our swimming clothes either in WC under Tower 2 (next to pool) or had to go to the room. Al Carte Restaurants: We selected BB and wanted to benefit from A-la Carte Restaurants, but price per person was chosen as not to accept people. How come 100 use or 120 use per person is offered to guests! We haven't selected all-included because we had small kids and their eating period is irregular and they don't eat properşy, like kid. Also as a life balance, we eat twice a day. that was the reason why we selected only BB, but not all-included. However ridiculous prices in a-la carte restaurants (i.e. 100 usd in Lalezar or 120 psd in Mangal) didn't let us spend and extra cent for hotel. We just went to O-Mall next to the Hotel for our dinners. A-la-carte means you pay for what you eat! Isn't it? Of course we respect to your policy to drive people for all-included booking, but due to above mentioned reasons we selected BB. Another thing is we suggest to have a corner of Gluten Free products in Turquoise restaurant. Not only bread, but also some complimentary food would be nice. Overall, as a family we had a very nice time. Thanks a lot for your organization and professional team.
