When we first booked, we asked to see if there was a complimentary upgrade to our room and Alture was kind enough to get us a view with the beach and pool area. There housekeeper, Ramu, was also very nice and tidied up our room nicely. The only thing is that they should have the do not disturb signs on there doors to hang.

Booked in to stay at rixos for a surprise stay for my husbands birthday. Spoke to salman, who had organised everything to help me. Vinod was great with the bedroom decor & cleaning. Very talented gentlman. Very helpful staff and great customer service. Second time staying at rixos & i will defo be back again! Thank you to you all for your great service!
