Amazing resort

We spent 5 non forgotten days with this luxury clean hotel. Helpful kind and lovely team. Days full of activities. Always many things to do happily I felt myself home. You just dream and get what you want. We cried when leaving. No words can describe our satisfaction. See you in September 2025 in a longer stay.

Wow it’s been a week already since we’ve been home from our amazing holiday at Rixos premium seagate. It was just myself and my 6 year old daughter that went and being a single mum I was worried about solo travelling on my own! However the staff there made us feel like princesses the whole time and really couldn’t do enough for us. The staff really do make this place such a lovely place to be, mentioning one staff member in particular.. Mohammed in the turquoise restaurant (main buffet) he was so attentive to us and paid such close attention that he would make sure we had a table to sit at straight away and very quickly learnt what we liked to drink and would always have our drinks ready for us at the table once we had got our food. He was great with my daughter and made her laugh and smile and just genuinely was such a lovely person, so we definitely will miss you Mohammed! Food is excellent so much choice at lunch & dinner however only little criticism is I wish there was just a bit more choice at breakfast! But other than that food was so delicious, chefs do an amazing job there. My daughter loved going to the fresh pasta chef who cooks up any pasta dish you like in front of you! Coming to Egypt I was worried about getting a dodgy stomach (just from what you hear from other people) but honestly we were fine the whole holiday so that was a win! Rooms are so lovely (we stayed on the main hotel side) we stayed in building number 5 and was great location we were close to reception and the lagoon pool but far enough away from evening entertainment that we couldn’t hear any noise if we went back to our room earlier (only if my daughter was too tired). I have to give a shout out to our housekeeper Mohammed who always made sure our room was spotless and made sure we had enough of everything every day. He would create incredible towel animals on the bed every day and put chocolate bars on or around them, this was so lovely to come back to each day and really made my daughter happy she’d be so excited to see what Mohammed had created that day. He is an excellent member of staff! The facilities at this hotel are unmatched, when I say you will never run out of things to do at this hotel, whether that be lounging at one of their many pools (there’s a big bunch to choose from!) going to the beach snorkelling, going to the aqua park which by the way is amazing! Or go karting, kids club, the list goes on! Also another great thing is you’re not allowed to reserve sunbeds so you will always be able to get sunbeds at anytime of the day so no need to get up at the crack of dawn to race down to the pool! We also got some professional mummy & daughter photos done there with one of the photographers (Alex) who is such a talented photographer and very creative with his shots so if you want any cute pictures to remember the holiday definitely get some done! I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday, Rixos never disappoint and we will 100% be back. Thank you Rixos! P.s when coming back home, avoid Burger King in Sharm el sheik airport, we got severe food poisoning and spent our flight home with our heads in the toilet!!

The service staff in the restaurant and pool bars are fantastic. The life guards also go beyond, helping guests throughout the day. We had reason to speak with reception staff who, to be honest, were not without fault....their manner can be a little short. I wish the reception / lower management crew could actually take on board the attitude of the forward facing crew members, then the hotel would be perfect. This is very often the same, as we have experienced at other premium All Inclusive resorts....
