Hotel was beyond expatations, first time in Dubai and wasn't sure what to expect but Rixos Premium JBR did not disappoint. From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble. All staff were polite, friendly and customer focused. Special mention to "Hussain" who cleaned our room and was excellent. Stayed on half board basis and the food available was immense and catered for all our needs. Location was superb right next to JBR walk, close to Dubai Marina and Bluewater for Dubai Eye. Would definitely recommend hotel and would definitely stay again

My family and I stayed at your hotel from December 15th to December 21st to celebrate my son’s birthday. We were four guests in total and stayed in rooms 3302 and 3304. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Throughout the visit, the service level was consistently high, and we experienced a warm, welcoming atmosphere combined with professionalism and genuine courtesy. The staff, across all departments, were generally friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, which made our stay both comfortable and memorable. I would especially like to highlight Deniz Ozgun, Guest Relations Supervisor, who repeatedly went above and beyond to assist us. He handled every request with remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism, offered thoughtful and knowledgeable advice, and made every interaction pleasant and reassuring. He is exactly the type of person one would hope to find in a luxury hotel team - someone who truly cares about the guest experience.
Everything was great except no balcony for smooking guests
Everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is that the lifts take too long to arrive. There should be a lift on the ground floor ready to go at all times.

From the very first second, my stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. The moment our transfer arrived, everything felt seamless and perfectly organized. Our luggage was taken immediately, and we were warmly escorted to the reception. I was truly impressed by the magnificent Christmas tree and the stunning festive decorations — they created an unforgettable first impression. Our panoramic room with a view was simply beautiful. The furniture was elegant and refined, the carpeting was of outstanding quality, and the bathroom amenities were luxurious. The towels were impeccably clean, soft, and wonderfully scented. Even the corridors had an incredible fragrance that added to the feeling of comfort and exclusivity. The food deserves a special mention — it was an experience on its own. Exceptional quality, premium ingredients, exquisite desserts, and rich, creamy ice cream of the highest standard. Every meal felt indulgent and thoughtfully prepared. I also loved the spotlessly clean pools, the beautiful beach, and the vibrant atmosphere created by the hotel’s restaurants and evening discos. Everything was perfectly balanced between relaxation and entertainment. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Truly a luxurious, memorable stay that I would gladly repeat

I have already completed the following feedback using online tool, however I have not heard anything. The evening before I checked out my outstanding balance was 390AED approx £80, when I checked my credit card I have been charged 584 ARD approx £118.65, I have been overcharged can you please review this ASAP and refund me the difference. We had the most amazing time at this hotel. Staff go above and beyond. Everything has been thought off. Location is excellent.
