great hotel, rooms 1st class, food amazing. All great except the pool areas . You could not enter until 10.00 the music was on so loud it was unbearable it went up volumes at 11.00 1.00 & 3.00 So had to leave after day 1 at the pool, if you wanted to sit around the pools you had to pay another 300 dirham per day.

I throughly enjoyed my stay, hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The only criticism was the food wasn’t the nicest compared to other Rixo hotels food that I have tasted.

We really enjoyed our stay the upgraded junior suite with sea view was exceptional, the hotel was spotless, staff were wonderful and the spa was 10/10. The only areas that impacted the experience were the food quality and WiFi reliability. Improving these would take the hotel from great to outstanding.

Our holiday with you was excellent. The staff from front of house, to beach, to dining were first class. Special shout out to Ali on Floor 20. My two recommendations would be to turn the music down by the pool, far too loud, and better policing of people reserving sunbeds. I notice there was a sign saying towels would be removed after 1 hour but did not see this in action.

Overall great experience. Rooms, breakfast, decor all excellent. One negative was checkout, process took way too long & the front desk personnel I dealt with was condescending. I understand the front desk deals with questions & queries everyday, however this is a service business, why should i be made to feel like i am asking a question for the 100th time when it is a legitimate question to my situation, it is not my fault the front desk has to answer that question from other guests.
