My stay was great, good location, super friendly people, and clean. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. Only were I was disappointed about was that the beach was undergoing maintenance and I couldn't use it, even though I had paid for these services. This was the only thing I didn't like.
The stay was excellent. The staff there was so welcoming and ready to help at anytime. You could see smiles everywhere and we were always treated with care and love. Nagis at Azure beach made our stay more pleasant , he was such a great guy and always ready to help. We hadn’t experienced such service before. The food was great, the facilities were amazing, the place was so clean. The location is what sold us this hotel at the first place because it was located in the center of everything but when we saw the other aspects of it it was great also. One thing though that we wish it was communicated to us is that the beach was going through construction. But despite that it didn’t interfere with the great time we had there. Definitely coming back again
Our stay at Rixos Premium was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The staff were highly professional, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Housekeeping (special thanks to Chiku and the team) worked tirelessly to keep our large and often messy room with children clean and tidy every day, always promptly and with a smile. The restaurants were outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious, high-quality food and drinks, and more than enough staff to take care of every guest’s needs. The restaurants, our room, and the entire hotel were spotless at all times. The spa was an amazing highlight – a beautifully designed, relaxing venue where we were warmly welcomed. Amal gave me excellent massage, always checking the pressure and ensuring I was comfortable. I was even given treats and truly felt cared for throughout my visits. At the pool, staff were attentive and professional, and the pool itself was always sparkling clean with plenty of space for both swimming and relaxing. We were also very impressed by the management team. Yilmaz Ates (Director of F&B) and Chef Ozer Ozden were often present in the Turquoise buffet during breakfast and dinner, always approachable and attentive to guests’ needs. Turgay Erdogan (General Manager) was very welcoming and professional, and it was clear that he and his team are running the hotel with great care and efficiency. Front Office Manager Salman Khan was especially helpful, as were the reception, guest services, bell desk, and valet parking staff – all efficient, proactive, and ready to assist at any time. Overall, our family is absolutely thrilled to have visited Rixos Premium. The hotel exceeded every expectation, and we have created unforgettable memories thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received. We cannot wait to return!

I’issuse pool area
Overall we enjoyed the facilities, the food, the staff are nice. The beach was under construction which was disappointing and the bed in our room was old and uncomfortable. The Gym is great and also the Italian resturant is amazing.
This is prime location and the hotel fully lives up to a 5* Turkish experience in Dubai with the hotel amenities and size of rooms and friendly staff.

Was very impressed with the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, pool area was even better and the customer service was exceptional especially by my morning cleaner(Ather Ali) he was amazing and never failed to put a smile on my face with his politeness and his humble character. Almost looked forward to seeing him every morning and he cleaned my room like it was his mother’s room. I would definitely recommend and I was to ever come back I would definitely stay there again.
Excellent all round - service, friendly and helpful staff, excellent meal availability - very well organised and managed - to be proud of.
