It was excellent. I left my sunglasses there, Ray Ban. They may be in Anjana Spa or somewhere.
We enjoyed our stay but there were too many families with small children, We will go to adults only hotel next time. Some suggestions for improvements: - Small wine bottles in the fridge in the room would be nice, not just beer - Glasses for drinks in the room - Pillow options available in the room - One QR code to all restaurants, now every restaurant has QR code of their own that is not very convenient - serve Cava instead of Prosecco
We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. Everything was perfectly organized and ran smoothly, exceeding my expectations in every way. I would definitely be happy to come back.

Better than the last time
High quality hotel with great service from all staff. Food quality in the speciality restuarants was good particularly the seafood restuarant Bodrum. Our sea view room was lovely and kept scrupulously clean.

This was our 3th visit in Rixos the Palm and we choose this every time because the exellent services, friendly staff and good restaurants.

Excellent hotel, staff made it for us. So very friendly and accommodating. Family suites were amazing, and massive!
A family group holiday of 10 with 6 adults and 4 children aged 2 to 6. Although some what sceptical about going to Dubai we had a brilliant time at the Rixos Palm. All the staff were absolutely 1st class coupled with excellent food ootions and great facilities really helped make it this a trip to remember for everyone. Would recommend the Rixos to anyone.
