The hotel was amazing and the staff are unbelievable! So friendly and helpful
The hotels biggest asset is it's staff - the service is excellent. Food is of a high standard. My only complaint is that although the rooms are a good size there is very little storage provided for clothes other than hanging space.
Amenities were great around the pool though meal options were limited the children’s menu was very limited in the main restaurants with stews and curry’s being the main options which didn’t suit us tried multiple times to book the Italians and steakhouse but couldn’t get in the suite we booked was huge and bedding was clean but room overall was tired bathrooms in particular were very tired looking
Fantastic hotel with great staff and excellent facilities
Not our first trip to Dubai but our first stay at Rixos and definitely going to return. With our kids and grandkids it was a wonderful holiday and we were surprised to see 5 lifeguards looking after one pool, it felt really safe with young children. Food was great, service was excellent and everyone was incredibly friendly from start to finish.

My experience was absolutely outstanding . The room and the food and the choice of drinks were excellent. The staff all work so hard but Sher on Bodrum bar is fantastic and the manager at breakfast was so attentive and very welcoming each and every morning . We can’t wait to come back and we’ve already recommended our friends to come - and they are there now October 2025
Family of 3 travelling to Dubai for the first time. Overall experience was good but there are areas the hotel could improve on. The good bits were the decor in the hotel main areas - reception, bars, restaurants and pool. The service was (generally) excellent, although there were a couple of exceptions. The all inclusive was great and the food was pretty good. The service around the pool from the pool guys and waiters was fantastic. The service in the Steak restaurant was excellent. The small touches like the pianist in the lobby and the string ensemble in the Italian were a great touch. The bar and live music were also good. The bell hops and greaters were always friendly too. There were a few negatives - the fish restaurant was average, although great in the day as a snack restaurant. The room decor was dated and the overall finish was poor, and the corridor on 4th floor needed updating. The service in the Italian was poor (with the exception of Rupa, who was one of the best waitresses I have ever experienced). In particular, Lakshita was terrible. He seemed to be completely distracted and came across as rude and obnoxious - and actually spoiled our entire experience! I had the overall feeling that the some staff were providing better service to guests in the suites or who were buying wine or drinks from outside those provided on the all inclusive package. This was mainly driven by Lakshita’s behaviour- I wondered whether he was targeted on getting guests to spend more money, and if this culture was shared elsewhere in the hotel?!
First time in Dubai and very pleased with our choice of hotel, facilities were excellent as was the location, the only disappointing thing was having a kids play area off of the dining area which led to a lot of noise and children running around, a simple solution would have been to have it enclosed.
Overall brilliant stay. Relaxing, great service and brilliant for families. Cabanas we’re great.
I enjoyed the amenities and more importantly the services that was provided by Akram and Malek to us. Very nice resort to stay in
