Our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after you’ve returned home. From the very beginning, it felt different. The warmth and professionalism of the staff immediately stood out — not in an over-polished way, but in a genuinely human one. At no point did we feel like just another booking; we felt welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after. The overall standard of the hotel is exceptional. Cleanliness is flawless throughout, from the rooms to the pools and beachfront areas, and everything runs with an impressive sense of calm and organisation. The resort manages to feel both luxurious and relaxed at the same time — elegant without being intimidating, and comfortable without losing its sense of quality. Food is a major highlight. The all-inclusive offering is on a level that genuinely surprised us, with a wide variety of restaurants and bars delivering consistently high-quality dishes. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, making dining an experience rather than just a convenience. We stayed for five nights over the New Year period, and what the hotel delivered during that time was nothing short of remarkable. In the space of a single night, a large part of the resort was transformed into an impressive New Year’s celebration. The scale, atmosphere, and organisation were outstanding, yet everything felt seamless rather than overwhelming. What impressed us just as much was how quickly and quietly everything returned to normal afterwards, with minimal disruption — a clear sign of a very well-run hotel. The stay became even more meaningful as my partner’s birthday fell on 1st January. We chose to celebrate at one of the à la carte restaurants, where the service was once again faultless. The food was outstanding — including one of the best steaks I have ever had — and without being asked, the team surprised us with a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday. It was a simple gesture, but one that meant a great deal to us and perfectly summed up the level of care shown throughout our stay. Beyond the experience inside the hotel, the setting itself is beautiful. The private beach is peaceful and well maintained, the pools are spacious and relaxing, and the views across Dubai — particularly in the evening — are genuinely stunning. Despite being on the Palm, getting around is effortless, with taxis available within seconds either directly or through the hotel team. Rixos The Palm Dubai is more than just a luxury resort. It’s a place where detail, organisation, and genuine hospitality come together to create something truly special. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already looking forward to returning — which, in itself, says everything.

We enjoyed our stay but there were too many families with small children, We will go to adults only hotel next time. Some suggestions for improvements: - Small wine bottles in the fridge in the room would be nice, not just beer - Glasses for drinks in the room - Pillow options available in the room - One QR code to all restaurants, now every restaurant has QR code of their own that is not very convenient - serve Cava instead of Prosecco

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. Everything was perfectly organized and ran smoothly, exceeding my expectations in every way. I would definitely be happy to come back.
