This is out 4th time to this hotel. We always have a fabulous time. The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to assist. The only negative would be the fake alcohol that we had a couple of issues with. This was resolved by the staff immediately. We did notice the lack of tables that seat 4 in the main restaurant - 3 of us travelling. I do think there need to be more tables for 4 as it was a struggle to be seated. Overall a lovely experience and we will definitely be returning.
I would like to give a big shout out to the guest hospitality team that communicate via WhatsApp. I would like to especially point out Kseniya and Mustafa, who were able to take my disappointments of certain things in regard to restaurant bookings and create it into a memorable experience of joy. They made the difference for the stay being a 6 to a 10. Ofcourse many thanks to all the staff who are professional and friendly
Absolutely beautiful hotel, all staff except for one at the beach bar were so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. He was so rude and grumpy all of the time. Tables could have been wiped down more, spilt drinks whichleft surfaces sticky. Saying that the way the Russian's spoke and behaved to him wasn't nice to see either. We were honestly treated like royalty. It was a perfect holiday.

2nd time back to Rixos and they delivered yet again! Wife and I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel.
We recently stayed for 14 nights at your hotel and had a brilliant, memorable time. The JLO concert was a particular high that we will remember forever. The service given by staff was exceptional and food was brilliant. Our main reason to not give it a 10/10 would be the false advertisement when it came to gym facilities. We had brilliant experience of the gym on our first day but after that the gym was moved to what can only be described as a hotel room, very cramped and not what we had been promised. For us having a good gym is a big factor is choosing our holiday so we felt let down by this.
The hotel is well located and is, in my opinion, the most picturesque hotel in Sharm. The staff were friendly from the get go and throughout, very attentive and polite. Rooms were fantastic and suited the hotel. The entertainment did not disappoint- it was looked forward to every night. Food was lovely and had many different options.

Everything is amazing
We were absolutely blown away with every aspect of Rixos Adults only sharm el sheikh. Each and every staff member is a credit to Rixos, all the staff were helpful, friendly and very professional. Our stay was magical. The evening entertainment was always exciting and we'll planned and put together, the entertainment team clearly are very talented and work very hard to give everyone a fun experience.. All the restaurants, and also the main buffet restaurant serve delicious and varied dishes. The different pools around the grounds offer a different experience ranging from total relaxation, to a more upbeat and fun environment, and colder pools if you want to cool off away from the sun. The pool staff are absolutely outstanding. The shuttle service around the grounds is efficient and the staff who shuttle people around are so friendly. The coffee world drinks are delicious with freshly ground beans, or fruit smoothies perfect to start your day. Snorkeling off the pier is amazing and you can spend hours admiring the coral and fish, the life guards do an amazing job, assisting and ensuring everyone is safe. The grounds are beautifully maintained and look stunning day and night, it truly is like being in paradise. Our room was well decorated, a very good size with ample amenities. The cleaning staff do a wonderful job each day. The hotel offers a very large drinks selection with delicious cocktails and plenty of soft drinks and water all around the grounds at all times.. If i was to add anything at all, it would be to add baked beans to the breakfast buffet. Thank you, Rixos. We had a very memorable stay and will be visiting again as soon as we can.
