We had a nice stay in your hotel. It was less crowded this time and so we had little more time in all your locations. Food was good and plentiful. Room was good.

We stayed at this Rixus hotel the second time for the family reunion - it was great again. High level service, great people, delicious diverse food, great entertainment program. Highly recommend this hotel for vacation.

Overall it was nice, but not the exceptional experience we were expecting from a Rixos. We have stayed at the Annatara on the Palm and Rotana resort in Abu Dhabi and both were a much more pleasurable experience. We realise that entertainment may be required but we did not need music blaring out from all pools and would have expected the adult pool to be a quieter venue. There was no need for tacky entertainment staff coming around in the afternoon to play silly games. We were also surprised to be forced to pay for breakfast on arrival, not least that we could not put this in the room but had to pay before entering. It’s also just a little cheap and immaterial request considering the cost of the stay. We were extremely disappointed to request some milk to make a cup of tea in the room to be told that this was chargeable. Again not something we would expect from a 5 star hotel. We simply walked down to the bar who gave us the milk in a take away cup. The restaurant booking system was a farce. We have no issue with the request to book the specialist restaurants on the day, but if you have this system the please ensure you have adequate wifi - sometimes it took up to half an hour to get a signal and book, even though we had to move away from the pool area and go to the hotel lobby.

With staff like Nadia in the spa, Suhan and Emad at the Infinty bar. Naveed keeping the pool area spotless and tidy. Reginald and Mary at the Island bar. Rashani at Meat point and Binita at Toast and Burger and even Naima who keeps the toilets spotless. This hotel is amazing. Everyone of the staff and management we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. We would definitely want to come back.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my friends. This hotel is amazing. The Customer Service is above and beyond. The resort offers so much to everyone. I have never been to a hotel where it is so clean and spotless. The Activities team are the best with some amazing exercise classes offered in a safe and professional way with the best knowledge. The equipment they use is very good of high standard. The restaurants and bars are the best with a great variety of food and drinks on offer, all served with a smile. I cannot wait to go back

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, although there was a couple of minor niggles that could have made the experience that bit better. On arrival, there was 4 of us in 2 rooms. One couple was given a 5th floor suite with a huge balcony whilst we were given a room on the 3rd floor and advised that we were upgraded to a room with a balcony as the original allocation was a Juliet balcony. We arrived at 3 in the morning and were all tired so this was really disappointing. I went back to the reception and they offered an upgrade to a similar room to the other couple but we couldn’t access it till the following evening! This was a disappointing start! As it turned out, we decided just to stay in out allocated room as we were keen to get unpacked and get on with our holiday the next day. Other slight niggles were, the room cleaning service was sometimes late afternoon or after we had returned to our room for a nap around 4. The service was fine, but could have been done slightly sharper. The last one relates to the online restaurant booking system. We were 2 couples in 2 separate rooms. My sister in law and brother in law are not very IT savvy and we dealt with booking the restaurants, but the system would not allow us to book for both rooms on the same visit and in most cases resulted in use not being able to book the same time on 2 separate visits? It would be very beneficial if restaurant booking capacity could be discussed at check to allow guests to determine how many they would like to be able to book on a visit. This system and our interaction with it was very frustrating indeed. Notwithstanding the above, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only ate breakfast in the main buffet restaurant on our stay and it was always very good. The omelette bar staff were excellent. The restaurants are where we ate for all other meals and I have to say, they were first class. The food was excellent and probably the best I have ever experienced in an all inclusive setting. The hotel staff, were absolutely excellent and attentive when required. All staff interactions were positive and it’s would be difficult to single out an individual as they were all so professional. However we spent most of our time in the adult pool area, staff here were excellent, Saveen, who cleaned up around the beds etc, quietly but professionally did his job and had great awareness of what guests needed without the need to ask in many cases. Polina in guest relations was excellent and helped us sort out the restaurant bookings a couple of times so we four could eat together. The staff in all of the restaurants were brilliant, especially Meet Point. The staff at the main lobby bar were excellent and were keen to chat to guests and ensure everything was ok. The alcohol on offer in the restaurant was really good, but as the hotel was advertised as Ultra All Inclusing, I was disappointed that there wasn’t a better offering without the need to pay. Drinks such as Baileys and Aperol Are staple everyday drinks that should really be included. It’s a long flight from the UK to Dubai, but the quality of our stay means it is likely we will consider a return next year to the Rixos and I will be monitoring prices through the next few months to see if a viable option arises. I’ve been to All Inclusive Hotels all over the world and in terms of the all round stay (location, staff, food, drinks, condition) I’d say this is certainly one of the best if the not the best I’ve experienced.
