Everything was exceptional! Food, beach, kids club, gym and all the stuff made our holiday wonderful! Special thanks to Vladis for her intense training sessions and beach bar service team to keep us always hydrated!

Rixos Bodrum is something that I would definitely come back to! The service was amazing, fast, and reliable, and the things they served were no short of remarkable either. The food was amazing, with incredible variety and different things to try everyday. The beach always had crystal clear water, and even when it got a little bit dirty the workers rushed over to clean it. Everything about this place is amazing, 10/10!

Had a great tine the resort is well maintained and was refreshing there were no issues getting a sunbed! The entertainment was good but not as advertised, we expected shows and local entertainment in the format of acts (circus style was advertised) as the website stated but instead we had singers (who were good!) however quite repetitive with their song choices!

Our family group was 13 people (from age 7 to 69) and everyone had an amazing time. The Wattsapp communication service was a real hit. Food was plentiful and varied with something to suit everyone. One point would be that the food labelling could be better in that it was difficult to easily find the vegetarian plates especially when there was no English translation possible. Maybe a suggestion would be green labels for the vegetarian dishes. Our Deluxe Sea View Room was a little tired decor wise but offered everything we could possibly need and was clean and well serviced with crisp linen and fluffy towels. The pool/beach/pier areas were well serviced with drinks quickly available via the QR ordering system. It would have been an extra touch if a lite bite snack service was available for a sandwich or slice of pizza and this could be an extension to the ice cream station. All the staff were so polite and friendly and always with a smile - nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We did travel with teenagers who were expecting some sort of night life as per previous customer reviews and hotel marketing, but this did not happen. The evening entertainment on the terrace was pretty much the same every night, singer or band, and geared to a much older clientele and didn't get any dancing. An area providing more up to date play lists with a bar and dance area would be a great addition, which would suit the younger customers, teenagers to young parents, to anyone wishing a dance. The Godiva Cafe was a real sanctuary for a quiet coffee and chocolate and was much appreciated. Overall we had an amazing holiday and whilst we ventured into Bodrum a couple of times we were truly thankful to get back to the calm and serenity of the hotel. I'd certainly recommend Rixos to anyone and we're now looking at the other locations as we feel it's a hotel we can trust entirely. Variety foods for everyone and all staffs are very friendly, polite and very helpful.

Overall an excellent stay - lovely room and the food was fantastic. I was however very upset on Monday 28th July when we woke up with no water in the room - on advising reception I was advised it was an issue with the block we were in and it would be fixed during the day. On our return in early evening there was still no water and on advising guest relations I was told they were still working on it and if we wanted a shower we could use the spa!!! As we were on our way out to Bodrum that evening this was very inconvenient as we had to come back down you’re hotel in the heat before returning in the heat to change again! My concern was that at no time were we informed as to what was happening until I looked into it myself - if I had been told throughout the day on the WhatsApp what was happening then I would have accepted this and we could have either delayed our plans or made arrangements to shower earlier as we ended up having to rush before leaving for the evening. I was not the only one to complain and as you will agree having no water all day is not acceptable. I would have thought that guest relations would have offered a gesture of goodwill for this issue and the poor service but there was never any offer - as you know our stay was not inexpensive so I expected better.
