Good facilities - when open. Kids loved the pools, water slides and sports facilities. However we were disappointed that opening hours of various things reduced over the second half of our stay. Pool Villa was really nice and general appearance of the hotel is great. Food was ok but didn't seem to match what was promised. It was hard to book the a la carte restaurants - many were fully booked 3 mins after bookings opened. Also the number of restaurants available kept reducing through the week (without the hotel making this clear). The buffet was ok, although food allergen labelling was inconsistent e.g. the same dish contained dairy one day and not the next. Not great when you are relying on them. Service was good to start but really tailed off during the week. Our whatsapp concierge's last message was they were going on a break for a few hours but after that we didn't hear from them again for last 2 days of the holiday. As a result we weren't told various facilities were shutting early/entirely. e.g. food court shut a day before we left, waterslides shut abruptly on our final day at 1pm with no notice. Overall hotel was ok. Hard to know whether our experience was standard for end of summer season in Oct/Nov, we were just unlucky, or the hotel made some late decisions based on low occupancy. On balance wouldn't go back.

Positive aspects: interesting entertainment, rope park and aqua-park, fitness classes, lovely quite area, good spa, adequate room size Negative aspects: food quality, restaurants’ booking experience, the last one is a real disaster.

Hotel is beautiful and clean, however I choose this hotel as I needed restaurants as someone in our party was wheel chair bound and buffets are hard to use. However is was impossible to get into a restaurant using the booking app. Within 2 minutes the restaurants was fully booked and everyone was complaining every day, we was all just told that they would mention it to a manager. I would love to return to this hotel but unfortunately I won’t due to this reason.

Nice food and drink. But the “Winter concept” a huge disappointment - we would never come back if this winter concept is on. The hotel at full capacity but the staff is half capacity. Rooms weren’t properly cleaned, hard work to book Al la carte restaurants at 10am (all booked by 10:02), such a shame as it could have been a much better experience, we had a group of 9 so was really difficult to sort group bookings unless you tip the staff which is a shame.

perfect family escape

This was my 4th visit to Rixos Tekirova and I was impressed with the many improvements. Everything was excellent, and as always, the experience exceeded expectations. Definitely planning to return again next year!

Absolutely loved the hotel. Food was great,, room was spacious and Practical. Beautiful pools and beach. My children loved all the facilities. The slides and football camp were a huge hit

This was our second stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova in a row, and once again, we truly enjoyed it to the fullest. We traveled with our two kids (4.5 and 1.5 years old), and there were plenty of activities and experiences for the whole family. This year we noticed some nice upgrades -especially the beach area, which looked much better than before. We also loved the Turkish bread corner, a small but very tasty highlight. The food in the main restaurant was excellent throughout our stay, particularly at dinner. There was always a great selection, including grilled dishes, fish, and even seafood like prawns and octopus. The sushi was another pleasant surprise, in fact, we enjoyed it even more than the Chinese à la carte restaurant. The sports activities were also great. Special thanks to Renata, who made the antigravity yoga sessions extra fun by showing us little tricks with the fabric - such a nice touch! One small downside was that with paddle boarding, it was only allowed to go up to the stones this year. Last year, the distance was longer since you could go behind them, which made it more enjoyable. We stayed in a duplex villa with direct pool access, which was a complimentary upgrade - a big thank you for that! The room was spacious and comfortable, and overall everything was perfect. The only challenge was the stairs inside the villa. With two small kids, it felt a bit risky at times, as we were worried they could fall. Overall, Rixos Premium Tekirova remains one of our favorite family destinations, and we would definitely come back again. It offers a great mix of relaxation, fun activities, and delicious food for both kids and adults.

This place is amazing. The staff are insanely good.
