This is my second time in Rixos premium belek and I loved it ! Everything about this resort was amazing — from the service, food, and cleanliness to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back again because I had such a wonderful time!

We stayed at this hotel with two kids 5&13. There was something to do for both ages and they never got bored. The food was excellent, the maid service was brilliant and you always felt looked after. The pools were always clean and the waiters on roller skates couldn’t do enough for you. Deniz in particular made our holiday. Land of legends access was easy to use and we all enjoyed the day and nights there. The hotel is well located with belek a quick taxi drive away. Our only slight niggle was sometimes the staff in people’s and the lounge didn’t understand simple English so it made ordering drinks and our food a bit difficult. But we got through it. The kids club was great and did good activities throughout the day. The slides kept our 5 year old entertained. We loved our daily jump into the sea from the pier. Great addition to the hotel. Overall, you definitely feel like you pay for what you get. The most magical relaxing holiday with so much to do if you want to.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble. The service exceeded our expectations as did the food, drink and cleanliness of the hotel.

From beginning to end, our experience at this hotel was excellent. The accommodation, customer service, food, hotel facilities and family friendly atmosphere were exceptional. I would highlight recommend to families looking for a luxury getaway.

From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we left the premises myself and my family were looked after. And staff ensured we had a lovely time. The WhatsApp team were a fantastic help. The restaurants and food outlets were amazing. Nothing ever seemed to much trouble. And the skating staff were fantastic from the moment we sat down on a sunbed. All aspects of our needs were covered.

This has all you could need so many food choices with amazing food and drinks with Starbucks and godiva for more cakes and coffee great kids club . Unlimited access to land of legends.The hotel goes above and beyond for you . Second time we have been here and would definitely come again .

Good stay overall. Staff very polite and service good. My only negative is if you stay for 7 days you can use the al a carte restaurants one time each per visit and if you stay 14 days you still can only use them once which spoilt it for us.

I had high hopes for the Rixos Premium Belek, and they were met. A beautiful hotel, kept wonderfully clean and with excellent customer service. There was a lot about this hotel that I enjoyed. The food in the ala carte restaurants was fantastic and up there with some of the best Asian food I've eaten. The additional touches like free ice cream, Starbucks and drink fridges were also well appreciated. I thought the entertainment was incredible, from the 4.30pm bar entertainment to the shows in the evening. We were lucky enough to be there during the kid's festival too, which was amazing. A few things to improve upon: - Better lighting in the room. It was dark in there and difficult to do makeup! - Better aircon in the rooms and around some parts of the hotel, especially when temperatures were in the 40s - The buffet needed work. I struggled on days I visited the buffet and the breakfast options never changed. Sausages, but no bacon. Bread not stocked quickly enough and not enough toasters for the amount of people visiting - The assistants were a great touch but I feel like the first communication in the chat could be more informative. Send the map, explain about the ala carte's, explain about the app, give better context around access to Land of Legends etc - There wasn't enough for older kids to do. Everything was tailored up until age 10 and then it felt like older kids were forgotten. No water slides, no entertainment, not enough options Other than that, I thought the hotel was worth the money and I'll definitely be back.
