Great stay. Only negative is that music and shows are quite repetitive. This may put off a 3rd stay

Amazing experience Spotless clean rooms Cheerful and helpful staff Each time we go we love it even more

This used to be my favorite hotel, and I’ve stayed 4 times. My first visit was as a couple, then I returned with friends and relatives — 8 people last year, 11 this year — all due to my recommendations. Sadly, this visit was disappointing. I was first given a poor room and had to pay for an upgrade, and the food was not up to standard. I always recommended this hotel to others, but after this experience, I will no longer do so.

In general, we enjoyed our stay, stuff was kind and helpful, food was satisfying. The only thing we didn’t like with the Rixos Seagate was the tour offices and the way they treat tourists. We bought scuba diving and safari tours but then found out that they sold them in very high price. First, we bought scuba diving without knowing this, but after realizing the truth we negotiated for safari tour and bought in the half price than the initial price they offered. If you know how things work you can deal with it, but if not, you pay much more than it worth. This made us feel cheated and disappointed that Rixos allows this to happen under their roof.

We stayed in Rixos Premium Sea Gate 8 days. Every year we repeat the same experience, but we ADD more days. It's a cheerful luxury clean perfect place. The rooms are super clean with all amenities. The team is always smiling and help you happily. The pools are clean and bid. The food is super delicious. Plenty of food, entertainment, kindness, relaxation. The shows are great for the family. Rixys kids club os a very satisfactory place for the kids. The aqua water park very entertaining. We were in our home. Mahmoud Jazzar in the Italian restaurant, Ahmad Hashad and Reda and Mohamad in Turqoise restaurant, khairat our room maker, and every member of the hotel, are ICONS for respect and care. We look forward to travel again to meet this lovely team in the New Year. We can't wait for the next summer. LOVE YOU RIXOS PREMIUM SEA GATE.

A superb stay. Your resort was truly the best we’ve been too and as a family every one of us loved it. A special mention to Ahmed who cleaned our rooms he was a hard worker and kept our room immaculate.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great location. So much to do on site.

The restaurant booking was problematic, very problematic. Other than that, good value for the money.

This was a return trip to Rixos Premium Seagate after coming last year. The room was on the Aqua side in a fantastic location, it was very clean and well stocked. All of the facilities from the restaurants, Al a cartes, pools were amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and could not do anymore for you, they were all so polite, friendly and wanting to go above and beyond for your stay. We’ll definitely return again
