From start to finish, we had a great stay. Any small issues were quickly sorted. We found the fridge in our room wasn't working and after mentioning it to our room boy, he appeared in 5 minutes with a new fridge, way beyond our expectations. Also security fixed an issue with our safe and literally arrived not long after calling - again, a really positive experience. We found all the staff to be very professional and happy, and many went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely time. The quality of the food was superb in all restaurants, thanks to Elsaid for his great service. The gardens were immaculate and the gardeners really work so hard to keep it looking so special. The waiting staff and life guards/pool boys were also very, very good and ensured we had anything we needed with a smile. Our room boy also did a fantastic job. We wanted to say a huge thanks to Saleh who runs the a la carte restaurants - he was extremely helpful, very friendly and his attention really did make our holiday extra special. Thank you Saleh - we were sad to have not found you on our last day to say a special thank you! The animation team did a great job too and we really enjoyed the evening shows. Also another mention for Karim and Shady who worked the x-lounge - thank you for your great service even though you were so very busy during the shows. Planet Coffee was oustanding and a real highlight too - it was brilliant and we were always waiting at 8am for that first coffee of the day. Another mention to the spa - a very good hamman and massage by Petty and Tanya - very professional and very relaxing. So overall, an amazing holiday. The only downside for us were the children, often not supervised by parents, but this isn't something the hotel can do anything about. We were really sad to notice young children in the buffet restaurant handling food, licking fingers and then replacing food back on the buffet. Maybe some type of higher perspex guide to reduce this might help.

Excellent from start to finish. Lovely room, with a pool view. Great food. Weather was glorious.
We are a family of 10 travelling with 2 very small children 2 older children and 6 adults. We enjoyed our short break of 7 days. However, trying to book an al la carte restaurant so difficult even if we tried to book them separately. The bar service of an evening at any bar was really not acceptable. We waited over 40 minutes for 6 drinks and asked 3 times where our drinks were. We ended up walking out in the end as we had waited so L.. In the day, the pool bars constantly ran out of lager and red wine. We did manage to find a great waiter in the lovely Shady, who looked after us so well. We found all staff to be pleasant and eager to please apart from a very rude housekeeper whom my daughter gave a £10 tip to on our second day and he just waked out of the room and slammed the door behind him. On the next to last day he came to room and told my daughter he was leaving to go to Cairo at 5pm and to remember to see him before he went, presumably looking for another tip.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. Exceptional service and a team that made every moment special. The stay execeeded my expectations And as egyptian i feel proud to see such level of hospitality
We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The food was tasty and varied, sun loungers by the pools and on the beach were always available, the infrastructure was excellent, and the service was of a high standard. A major advantage is the absence of noise from parties. The only drawback is that it was very difficult to reserve tables at the à la carte restaurants — we managed to do so only once and were unable to visit the one we really wanted.
Could have been better by puttingbthe aircon on in the lounge on an evening, had to ask staff to turn it on. Staff then asked for room number which was off putting .
Would prefer to have premium drinks. All alcoholic drinks on site are not good.
It was a successful experience and a wise choice, and I will repeat it in the future. I chose to stay at one of the Rixos International resorts.
Amazing facilities and mostly friendly staff (we did experience some rude staff but there were out numbered by the kind staff)
Overall we had a good stay but with a couple of tweaks it could have been excellent. Positives - Grounds and rooms are excellent and well maintained. There was plentiful choice for food which was good quality and tasty. Pools and waterpark catered for all the family and the beach finishes off the hotel perfectly. Service overall was very good and staff catered to the whole family. Areas for improvement- Check in was a little rushed and didn’t explain all the hotel facilities but not a major issue. Entertainment was patchy. Daytime activities not advertised well with no visible team to encourage people to take part. Night time entertainment was repetitive and was basically the same dancing and music every night. Drinks were the poorest we’ve had at any hotel. Cocktails were not drinkable and premium drinks hard to come by. Biggest disappointment was the kids club - poorly organised and in a run down building. We had a good holiday overall but lacked the 5 star touches
I want to express my sincere appreciation to Rixos Seagate for an exceptional stay. Everything was perfect — from the warm hospitality to the incredible level of service. But what truly stood out was the food and dining experience. The variety, taste, freshness, and presentation were beyond amazing. Every meal felt like a celebration, and the staff made sure we always felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience. I will definitely choose Rixos Seagate again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best food service and luxury comforT
