Mostly selection of food was poor and repetitive, nearly not possible to find a decent meat dish in dinner. Main restaurant staff are are not very attentive. However staff in Starbucks cafe are very good. Cleaning of our room was not great also room needs urgent update as we stayed better 3-4 star hotel rooms. Pool beds are not comfortable.Overall it was not bad however would not recommend or return to this Rixos Hotel

This was my first time in a Rixos hotel and it was a fantastic holiday. From the time we arrived to the day we left we found the staff so nice, they could not do enough for you. The hotel was very clean and well kept, the room was cleaned daily and towels and bed linen were of a high standard. There was a mini bar in the room and snacks but we never used it as the all inclusive service was great 24 hours a day. We had Starbucks everyday which was a nice treat. We did not struggle to get a sun lounger and fresh towels were provided daily. We used the adult pool and if we did not want to move we would scan a QR code and get drinks delivered…….. perfect touch. There were a few cats around but they were quite happy to sleep under the sun loungers. FOOD…… there was lots of choice and several restaurants to go to for lunch and evening dinner, and the food was of very good standard. The main restaurant could get quite busy between 7.30pm and 8.00pm so sometimes you had to wait for a table. Drinks were served to your table. The a’la carte restaurants were amazing, we got one free included in our package and then you paid a supplement to use the others. The hotel bar on the ground floor was nice to visit before and after having dinner, it was relaxing and quiet. There were fridges and freezers dotted around filled with bottled water and ice-creams. Evening entertainment was at 9.30pm which was a live band each night, the bar service was excellent with lots of drinks and snacks. We didn't use the Spa but we did have a look round and it was lovely. My daughter used the gym which she thought was great. We had a wonder to the private beach which was beautiful and yet again the service and staff were amazing. The lift was broken so we used the stairs which was not an issue for us. We didnt leave the complex as there was enough for us to do for a week, and we had been to Antalya before. Traffic can be quite busy. I also had a special birthday and the room was filled with ballons and a beautiful cake. Hotel management were always around and making sure everything was ok. I can most definitely say we will be visiting this hotel again. Thank you Rixos for a fab holiday x

Had a nice relaxing time rooms are nice well set out good to have a balcony to have your morning coffee on tea and coffee facilities provided in the rooms with the addition of a fridge Entertainment in an evening in the hotel lots of indoor seating round the bar areas with a bar that opened 24/7
From the moment we arrived, our stay was simply outstanding. The staff across the hotel were amazing—truly assets to this property. Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish. A special thank you to the front desk for a seamless check-in, to the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless, and to the dining staff for consistently excellent service and delicious meals. The only small downside was that the room could use a light refresh—some wear in places—but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. It’s the staff who made the difference and created memories we’ll cherish. Thank you for looking after us. We’re already planning next year’s trip to visit your hotel again.
No daytime activities like water polo archery darts . Have to pay to play tennis or golf evenings nothing to do no shows will not be returning
From the minute we arrived we had exceptional service, all of the staff go out of their way to treat you with respect and kindness, we were allocated a room with sea view on a high floor as requested. The hotel reception is impressive, rooms are large, food is good, cocktails are great and the offering of free activities made our holiday, we made the most of the table tennis, football, basket ball, gym, sauna's, bikes and paddle, practically had personal training from the exclusive sports team doing TRX, circuits, cross fit and aqua aerobics, this was all for free! we went to the seafood al a cart which was nice and were offered the meat al a cart but ran out of time to go as we had booked the teppanyaki which was lovely and they provided a celbratory cake for my daughters 21st. The beach is off site, down nearly 200 steps (there is a lift and shuttle we didn't use) it's pebble with a steep shelf so wouldn't recommend for less abled, food here could be better if I'm honest. There is plenty of places to eat here too though is you fancy dining out. Personally we had a great holiday here and would consider this hotel good value for money with impeccable service and staff from reception, guest relations, bar and waiting staff and the sports team, all brilliant!!
Overall we enjoyed our stay but the service we received in buffet restaurant, guest relations, Aruna Beach and Tropic bar was very inconsistent. I tried every day for the first 3 days to make a reservation at the Meat Restaurant but it was full for the entire week of our stay. 3 times I asked for help from guest relations and twice I was told to keep trying on app then third time was told it was full. We had to flag down waiters in buffet restaurant sometimes to get a drink or clean cutlery. At Aruna beach we never received drinks we ordered and had to go to the bar, food arrived though but again without cutlery or condiments. At the Tropic Bar during the day staff were excellent, however in the evening it was only once we were treated with a smile. On one occasion I even had a napkin thrown at me after asking for a straw. Once you were served you were lucky to get a second drink offered and again only once were we offered crisps or nuts at our table but others were offered this straight away. I was really disappointed and expected so much more. Shout out to the staff at the Lobby and Pool bar, the were great and always very pleasant. To add to this I also raised concerns about raised steel work at seated area at Aruna beach twice, and offered photos an exact location to guest relations. I tore my shoe, there was no real concern shown or apologie, which would have been nice. However was most concerned me was when I checked the next day it was still the same.
A week long family holiday. 3 lovely rooms located closely together, a fabulous experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this hotel with staff who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Meal choices were plentiful and drinks and snacks were of excellent quality. Land of legends transfers and access were included and the beach club was just fabulous! Ordering system at every location was simple to use. The only negative for us was the challenge of using the AI app to book a la carte for all three rooms, we had to do this separately which sometimes was not beneficial and was time consuming. An option for multiple rooms amenities bookings would be welcome.
Comfortable rooms, good choice of food & drink. Transport & access to Land of the Legends was great.
