Generally speaking hotel is not bad. But it took some time to check in as Receptionist couldn’t confirm my payment that was made by my company. At the end I had to pay by my own card otherwise they didn’t allow me to get in. However the company paid in advance. Recommendation is to improve the service especially with the companies that you have a contact.

Perhaps, the best hotel to stay in Almaty. The rooms are a bit outdated and could benefit from some cosmetic updates, but the luxurious lobby and friendly staff compensate for this. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated right in the city center, making it just a 10-15 minute cab ride from key sightseeing places. While the gym is somewhat dated, it is equipped with all the necessary equipment to start your day
