Amazing hotel, slightly let down by the temperature of the food at the buffet

Our stay at the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island was the best vacation our four children, my husband, and I have ever had. The hotel delivers top performance in every meaningful category. Service: Fast, attentive, and highly professional. The butler service provided by Evalyne and Susma was exceptional – proactive, dedicated, and far beyond what you normally experience. Rooms: Spacious, modern, very clean, and well-equipped. Housekeeping is reliable and discreet. Food & Restaurants: Excellent quality across the board. Fresh, varied, and consistently delicious – both at the buffet and in the à-la-carte restaurants. The kids’ food is genuinely good, not an afterthought. Beach: One of the standout features. Fine sand, crystal-clear water, perfectly maintained, and pleasantly quiet. Plenty of loungers, and the beach service works flawlessly. Pool: Large, clean, and very family-friendly. Well organized without feeling crowded. Spa: Outstanding. Extremely clean, beautifully designed, and offering first-class treatments. The massages and the overall wellness experience are on a very high level. Family-Friendliness: Excellent. Kids Club, activities, waterslides – everything is well run and keeps the children happy and engaged all day. Cleanliness & Grounds: Immaculate. No worn areas, no maintenance issues. Activities & Entertainment: Well planned, high quality, and never intrusive. Conclusion: A hotel that excels in every important aspect. Thanks to the exceptional team – especially Evalyne and Susma – this stay became a truly unforgettable experience. Strong recommendation.

We had a great experience from start to finish. It started with a great check in process and being escorted to our room to be shown the different options to add an additional bed as there was 4 of us but the room is designed for 3. By the time we returned to our room after dinner everything was in place and arranged. The buffet selection is one of the most varied I have experienced as was the quality of the food. The staff were so attentive from the chefs to the waiting staff ensuring we had drinks and interacted well with the children. The restaurants we booked were also great - the Italian and Asian restaurants. Even the casual People restaurant was great for a quick lunch. Food and service at all restaurants was excellent. The hotel itself is vast and has lots of facilities including a clean private beach area. Entertainment was enjoyed by all in the evenings. The kids club staff were brilliant not only during the day but also running the children’s entertainment in the evening. When it was time to leave, we were given lunchboxes and the concierge staff ensured our transfers arrived on time and also arranged for our luggage to be collected without being asked. Various members of staff knew when we were leaving and also said goodbye to us at the entrance. If I was being really picky, the kids splash park could be better compared to other resorts but still more than adequate to entertain the kids along with the wave machine pool area. Overall an excellent experience and would certainly consider returning in the future.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay with you from 18th to 23rd October. Our room was beautiful and our 2 children loved having their own private pool! The service we received from all of the staff was excellent, special mention to Sofia from the front desk team who was extremely welcoming on our arrival. Every restaurant we ate in was delicious and we hope to have the chance to return to your wonderful hotel in the near future. Many thanks
