We had a wonderful 5 night stay with you from 18th to 23rd October. Our room was beautiful and our 2 children loved having their own private pool! The service we received from all of the staff was excellent, special mention to Sofia from the front desk team who was extremely welcoming on our arrival. Every restaurant we ate in was delicious and we hope to have the chance to return to your wonderful hotel in the near future. Many thanks

Relaxing stay. Necessary to improve seeside infrastructure. Room cleaning should be finished till 3 p.m. anyway.
We had a fantastic stay. Rooms were perfect, clean and spacious. Food is plentiful and delicious. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved the pools and the beach.
From arrival to leaving the stay was amazing! The rooms were nice, big and clean! The beds were a little firm but that’s just my opinion. The beds are huge and the sheets felt lovely! The towels were nice and big and could wrap around easily! Robes were a nice touch! The cleaners were respectful each day and happily to clean if we were in the in the room aswell. Mini bar was great and restocked daily. Staff were polite and helpful! Food was amazing! I’ve never been to a hotel where the puddings look pleasing and actually tasted as good as they looked! Well done Rixos chefs!! The buffet was the icing on the cake for us! Never had a buffet been so good! The a la carte was a nice change! We loved the Asian the most but that’s just our taste preference! Again all the staff are so polite and happy to talk! They remember you and make you feel special! People’s restaurant by the pain pool was lovely! At first we were like “it’s a shame you can’t take it away” but actually we prefer having to eat inside as otherwise people would leave dirty plates laying around and the birds would become troublesome! It makes your get up and enjoy a little A/C! The food comes quick! Ice creams around the pool was nice along with drinks, fresh fruit throughout the day and cold flannels! Life guards are everywhere so always feels safe! They have 4 by the main pool and always rotating so they don’t lose concentration! 3 guards by the sea and guards at the aqua park, wave pool and by the rooms will pool access! The entertainments outside was nice and the bands were really good! We travelled in October so they moved the entertainment outside by then as it’s a touch cooler for people to enjoy than in their summer months! Sports bar was good. Not a sports bar feel but screens that showed football etc a pool table! The waiter in there was very nice attentive remembered our orders! The disabled facilities were wonderful! Lifts, ramps and the paths where flat not uneven cobbles which is a nightmare for me usually as yes they are considered flat but bumps really hurt my legs so this was perfect! My only negative was some areas did have a little pungent smell of drains - but they tried to help that with scent diffusers etc - drains in. The heat are always going to be an issue. At the end of our corridor was the housekeeping door and by there it did always smell of wet dog but it’s a moment as you walk pass - it wouldn’t put us off - I’m not sure what they can do to make that better but maybe something… We loved our stay and considering returning again next year! We like to see new places but we also love this hotel so a little torn on what to do!
Generally very good hotel thought light switches in bedrooms are unfathomable!
A very good stay, this was our 5th return but we never get noticed for our return (a bowl of fruit or chocolate) in our room
wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. The rooms standard was high and very clean. Staff very friendly and went out of their way o ensure we had a great time there. Food was out of this world. Hopefully i will be able to return one day. I would definitely recommend!
This place is my favourite hotel in all the places I have stayed. The staff are amazing along with the food and restaurants. Fresh towels morning and evening along with fresh flowers on arrival. My only complaint are the kids don’t use the Aqua Park or they should be kept on one side of the pool in a separate area.
Overall we were delighted especially at the beach and the service provided there. Equally the service by the waitress was excellent in the restaurant we were lucky enough to have the same lady every day. As stated above it was disappointing that there was only 1 internal area for a drink at the bar and during our stay there were large numbers of families with children who on many nights took up the majority of seats meaning we had to drink sat in the lobby perhaps the hotel could consider this. Our room was comfortable but as also stated we did have to chase on 2 occasions having our room cleaned. Excellent service by the staff at the entrance in both sorting taxis or taking any parcels to our room so that we could go straight to dinner
Returned for the 2nd year as a couple. Saadiyat Island has the best beach white sand and blue water. Rixos is wonderful with its all inclusive service and great staff. Only wished they served finger sandwiches in the coffee shop at lunchtime with a variety of cakes and pastries like the Rixos Dubai as we would have preferred this option to full lunch buffet. Relaxed in the adult section of the grounds and drinks served to your sun bed for ease by pushing button. Special thanks to Krishna and KB who went to the Kids club to get us chocolate ice cream lollies as well as keeping us well hydrated. Special thanks and lovely to be greeted by Retsy who we met last year and manager Mr Binoy who helped us out with a couple of small issues. Your help was appreciated. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned well with a powerful rain shower with L’Occtaine luxury products. Thank you to Binura who kept our room tip top and we liked his towel art. Life guard patrol every pool and the beach so if you have children they are kept safe as they do watch out keeping them safe if jumping in the pool. Thank you Tape for welcoming us again who is so helpful and friendly we remembered him also from last year. Buffet food and Al A Carte restaurants are very good. We stayed 12 nights and this gave us 6 visits to our choice of Al A Carte restaurants. The Italian being our favourite. Breakfast buffet is excellent and has options for everyone, Thank you to Phu our waitress that mastered an excellent pot of English Breakfast Tea as not all knew how to make it and did on a few occasions come in strange ways 😂 The Rixos pool can be very busy as lots of families with children stay at this resort. Wish there was an adult only pool other then the spa one as we did tend to avoid the pool and swim in the beautiful sea. One last member of staff who we loved from last year was our previous waitress Susma. We did look for her in the restaurant but she is now a butler in the villas. If you stay in a villa hopefully it’s this wonderful lady who will look after you Thank you all for spoiling us xxxxxx
Great hotel, super staff. Went as a family of 4 and this hotel really isn’t missing anything. Can’t wait to go back !
