Everything is going well except for desserts

We arrived and were upgraded to a lovely villa to accommodate the 4 adults in our group. A lovely touch that set the tone for the holiday. Nothing too much trouble from all service , catering and housekeeping personnel. The standout colleague was a waiter at the Brazilian restaurant and ice cream corner. Ahmed Gad I believe his name was. He is clearly very passionate about service, took the time to explain how the restaurant worked, kind and courteous. All done so naturally. He is a true credit to Rixos Magawish. I hope that there is some recognition for him from this review as he has really left an impression on our whole family. We will recommend Rixos magawish to our friends and family back in the Uk. Thank you Rick and Kelly

We have a family trip. But first we discovered that we are too far and higer level. This was not good for my mom. We tried to ask for another place but there were not places and an administrator offered only villa for additional cost. I thought in this case we can add small price but the price was too high. Then, the food was not so different every day. And it is strange to see that children should eat only nuggets and french fries. The only one place we found is the restaurant People's that have a soup. Ok, we got what we need nevertheless it was strange. The room was good but soundproofing was not good. Several times I thought that there was no any soundproofing. The last, at the end 2 final days we had a stomach disease. The thing is that it is 18 of September and it still hurts. And the p.s. part. First time we were transfered by a special guy on a golf car to our room. The last day other guy just get our suitcases and go away as fast as he can. We thought he will transfer us to the reception but not we wait for the shuffle bus. And have to wait all the time several buses because they were full. Meanwhile we see that he run as fast as he can on his car so he dropped our suitcase on ground. (We see that the angle on one suitcase is broken). Guys we usualy went on family trip that cost cheeper but had a lot more concern on their guests. Think about it. А теперь на русском. У нас семейная поездка. Мы приехали с бабушкой и ребенком, первое что мы поняли что нас селят на 2 этаж и никак нельзя поменять на другой, плюс все было очень далеко от жилых зданий, нам не предложили первый этаж, и предложили виллу с большой доплатой, обычно в этом случае могут предложить очень большую скидку, но нет, плата была колоссальная к тому, что и так мы потратились очень сильно. Затем еда, нет никакого разнообразия, всегда одно и тоже, только вечером что то другое. Ну к этому можно привыкнуть, но ребенку есть нечего. Очень странно на детском меню видеть в основном наггетсы и картошку фри. Нашли суп только в ресторане People's. Все равно это странно только в одном ресторане иметь меню с супом подходящим для ребенка. А последние 2 дня мы словили болезнь, желудок болел у всех, и до сих пор 18 сентября все болит. С учетом того, что мы вообще все обмывали водой, которую разносили по комнатам и только мылись водой из под кранов Ну и наконец, первый день, как мы приехали, у нас был гольф кар который добросил нас до номера с вещами. В последний день мы вызвали забрать вещи и в итоге у нас забрали вещи и убежали очень быстро. Я думал что нас также доставят с вещами до ресепшена, мы даже не успели все вещи отдать, пришлось часть тащить на себе. Более того несколько раз именно наш чемодан упал(отчего на углах чемодана вмятины стали). Ребят, мы обычно ездием в отель который может стоить дешевле, но в этот раз решили поехать в отель покруче. А в итоге получили отношение к себе намного хуже чем в отелях дешевле, задумайтесь над этим.
