The vacation was wonderful, everything was great except for one thing. The main restaurant is critically short of waiters. We were almost always left without drinks because they didn't have time to come over. And even if they did bring them, it was when we had already finished eating and were about to leave. We have stayed at this hotel before, and this was not the case then. It is understandable that there are more people now, but in order to maintain your high standards, you need to hire more staff.

We stayed at Rixos Magawish for 7 nights and were treated so well. I would highly recommend this hotel

The final three days of our Eygpt holiday were spent at this amazing resort. It topped it off nicely! Pure relaxation. Fine Dining. Great customer service. Plenty of choice in terms of food and entertainment. We will be back!
