I must say this was an absolute stunner of a property and the people there made it extra special. the service was impeccable and the speed of service was too good. I cannot fault anything which is rare. The kids club staff was so good and helpful too. Well done to the entire Rixos team.

I came here with my two grown up children. We have visited Rixos Seagate, Belek. The beach was good. The food was good (by far the best restaurant the Brazilian Al la Carte...everyone must go there. Turkish al la carte 2nd best. The manager of Salt People's and Brasalian is one of the kindest best people I have met. I wish I had remembered his name. He spoke to my children several times in the daytime. The daytime entertainment were great. Two people stand out. Max and Rougena. Great people that made Darts, Boccia fun and also just came and talked to us through the day and the evening. The guys at the Detox Bar were great. A big shout for Mohammad Kamal at Detox. The best service. And the man who leaned our rooms Sabry A Fattah. A lovely and kind man. Beautiful clean room. So in summary. These people are a huge credit to the hotel. Thank you to all at Rixos for taking such good care of us. My daughter's food allergies were accommodated for so well we were able to speak to chef Tomaz and create a breakfast for her excellent service and thanks to chef Bassem too for preparing her breakfast throughout our stay! Nothing was too much all the staff were so pleasant and helpful. The hotel and facilities were great kids loves the shows at night we will definitely be back thank you :)

i would say it was pretty decent, but there was problem with no electricity almost 12 hours. was expecting beach bag as a kind of a compensation - but was asked to pay 40 euro which was weird.
