I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment of making my reservation until after my stay, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and ideally located, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I would like to give special thanks to Zakaria Charif, who not only managed my reservation smoothly but also provided exceptional assistance both before my arrival and after my departure. His kindness, availability, and dedication truly went above and beyond, and I felt very well taken care of.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

The 1 day package stay is amazing. The food was great, the view in the hotel and the convenience of the place is prefect.

Most disappointing thing is opening of swimming facilities (beach and pool) at 8am and closing at about 6pm. For the low season, when it is already too hot at 8am and is just getting not so hot at 6pm - thats really not guests oriented. The restaurant was absolutely perfect on Thursday, the other days soso... Especially bad on Friday. The really bad thing which is absolutely not match 5 star hotel of any kind are: loungers and sun umbrellas. For such a hot weather holes in the sun umbrellas and very thin fabric which almost does not protect from the sun. And one more thing wich is really dangerous - the ropes between the buoys in the sea. They are all covered with super sharp seashells and there is no note about it anywhere. My husband was swimming near the bouys line (what is allowed according to the rules) and slightly touched the rope... He cuted his feet badly and actually spoiled the rest of the vacation: he couldn't slide the watedslides as it hurted to much, couldnt put on the shoes, etc. Normally these ropes shall be cleaned regularly or just changed. And for this super unpleasant situation we got a smal plate of fruits from the hotel management... This is completely out of line with the Rixos service level.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, which features a wonderful theme park with amazing water slides. However, the only downside was the hot weather; it would be great if the theme park had more shaded areas for protection from the heat. One aspect I didn't like about the hotel was its limited "All Inclusive" menu. Access to "All Inclusive" options in the theme park was almost nonexistent, as there was only one outlet offering ice cream, sugary juices, and water after a long walk in the heat. Overall, it's an amazing hotel with fantastic staff.
