This was our fourth stay with you, and while the overall experience was wonderful as always, we couldn’t help but notice a decline in service quality compared to previous visits. Some moments were truly memorable, but the level of attention and care we've come to expect was missing at times. We sincerely hope this was an exception, not a new standard.

Ездим к вам уже 10 лет по два раза в год отличные впечатления!!! но зелёный стулья в ресторане уже продавлены, и мраморные столы не нравятся, раньше были белые столы и стулья со скатерью, было намного лучше и призентабельней

Luxury family vacation

I just love Rixos so much and can’t stop coming back! Everything is perfect—the food, the service, and the 24/7 care they give you. The location is like a dream, so beautiful, and there’s always something fun to enjoy. A special thank you to the sweetest Victoria and wonderful Mr. Oral for making every stay unforgettable!

Professional and welcoming crew and service. Stick to "Club" House and "Club" Beach only

Private assistant Arda has been helpful and informative. His recommendations were not the best but he had good intentions. Didn't get much interaction with Valerie but with limited requests she was immediate and quick to resolve. Club House and Club Beach has been excellent in terms of general atmosphere, quality of food and service. Berkan at the beach was excellent at service. Also Tamer Bey (hope I remember the name correctly but he was the head of service I guess on the night of Sept 28th) . He has also been excellent, with recommendations, good conversation and professional attitude in general. Club House's live music every evening, the atmosphere, the food quality was exceptional, same for Club Beach including speed of service, food quality and even selection of the right music making us feel in a secluded private luxury holiday. I unfortunately wouldn't say the same for Aksam restorant, despite our service by Halit who was excellent, the wibe of the place in general was uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. It was very crowded, loud, kids, noises etc. was very standard hotel a-la carte restaurant like. These type of ala carte restaurants can be found in every average all inclusive hotels. I would have expected Rixos to have a better one maybe limiting the capacity and split the kids section. We wanted to finish the meal asap and leave. Food was OK but nowhere near the quality at the Club House. Quality of desserts at Godiva was below expectations. We've made the mistake to try the open buffet breakfast once and it was no surprise loud and quick. I wish Arda Bey had recommended us to spend all our meals at Club House and Club Beach rather then the ala carte's. If only we had known. There is a significant difference in the quality of food, drinks and atmospehere. The live music at the beach bar (both late afternoon and evening sessions) were very good. We liked the band selections and it was good fun hanging there for a while but again even the quality of the cocktails were significantly lower at the common areas. In summary we enjoyed our stay, definitely felt special at the villa, the club beach and club house. All crew including the gardeners to room service, waiters, waitresses to welcoming team have been very professional, warm and kind.

Fantastic hotel

Great hotel with amazing facilities, although club prive disappointing, second stay at Club Prive and 3rd time at hotel, club facilities very slow and feedback email sent not acknowledged after stay. Customer service better in main hotel.
