Absolutely perfect. Great location, amazing staff, food was the best I've ever tasted!
Absolutely amazing hotel. Excellence. But somehow someone touched a button in my room... and i am sure i wasn't... and during 2 days i did not had cleaning. Nevertheless all was amazing!
We booked a suite for two nights to celebrate our anniversary and mentioned this special occasion in our reservation. Unfortunately, upon arrival, our suite was cold and there were no welcoming touches such as a fruit basket, chocolates, or any kind of gesture that one would usually expect from a five-star hotel. On our last day, our request for a late check-out was declined. Additionally, after our first night, the room was not cleaned and we had to ask for housekeeping service ourselves. While the hotel’s location is very good and some of the staff were pleasant, the overall quality of service did not meet five-star standards. We came from Dubai, where we stayed at the Waldorf Astoria, and the difference in service was quite noticeable — there we were warmly welcomed with flowers, a chocolate cake, and beautiful swans towels and petal decorations.

We (a group of 5 in 2 hotel rooms) stayed at your hotel from Saturday (1-Nov) to Thursday (6-Nov) and overall had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, food delicious and varied, we enjoyed great location and lovely outside area). Every evening there was live music in the outdoor area — the bands were excellent, and the sound was perfectly balanced. It created a great ambiance, and many guests, including us, really enjoyed spending our evenings there. However, on our last night (Wednesday 5-Nov), instead of a live band, there was a DJ. While the music selection itself was fine, the volume was deafeningly loud. Unlike on previous nights when the outdoor tables near the stage were full, this time most people avoided sitting close to the music. The DJ was wearing earphones. For our group of five including a 7 year old child, it completely ruined what should have been a relaxing last evening of our holiday. We couldn’t enjoy sitting outside as we had on previous nights (we tried walking as far as the beach and still it was too loud). It’s a small thing in the grand scheme, but it did ruin for us the last evening.
a 3 night first time stay for myself and my wife in Abu Dhabi. The hotel it'self is a superb hotel, with plenty of staff waiting on hand for your stay. All the staff are extremely helpful and attentive to your needs. Food was superb throughout our stay, and hotel room deco excellent. It was a busy hotel with lots of families, but to be fair we did go in the school holiday period, but be mindful of this.
Hair dryer did not work, wc flush did not work properly, bathroom lights did not work on arrival night. Wifi was not up to standar, sometimes not working properly. Nice hotel, beach, people but to many small negative issues which destroy positive impression of upper level service.

This hotel is superb — exceptionally clean, well-organized, and beautifully furnished. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with an excellent bathroom that adds a touch of luxury. The on-site restaurants are amazing, offering a fantastic selection of food to suit all tastes. There’s plenty to do during the day, with a variety of activities available, and the evening entertainment is always enjoyable. The location is perfect, and the beach area is absolutely lovely — ideal for relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
