Staff and hotel all excellent
Cannot fault a thing. food, housekeeping, facilties, hotel all wonderful. A bright modern hotel ,gleaming throughout. However it was the people who worked there who truly are excellent,

We've stayed at Rixos hotels many times, but this Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi has won my heart. Everything is perfect, the staff is friendly and professional, and I want to express my gratitude to Caner at the reception. He is the best, solving all our problems and being friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and varied, the drinks are original, and the hotel is beautiful and powerful. We will definitely return there ❤️❤️
Just home after a fabulous week in this hotel. Place is immaculate, staff are so friendly and accommodating (they are a credit to the hotel) nothing is too much of an effort. Went to Seafood Restaurant, Turkish & Asian (Prive). Asian is an absolute must, food outstanding are as the views 🫣 Special mention to Rajesh who served us our coffee with a smile every morning and to Anup (Restaurant Manager) who made a point of speaking to us everyday - all staff are amazing and always 🙂 only person I’d say was slightly grumpy was the older gentleman at the fruit bar beside the pool, never very happy! Thank you

Me and my partner came to stay at the Rixos Abu Dhabi Marina for 9 nights. From the day we arrived till the day we left, we had nothing but incredible service, delicious food, amazing cocktails in the pool and met some lovely people. The facilities are brilliant, partner used the gym every day which had ice cold water upon every machine ready for guests, the restaurants all supplied the most amazing food choices with amazing taste, every sunbed by the pool had a drinks cooler with ice and water every morning. I honestly just cannot fault this hotel whatsoever. I would like to say special words to Tomas in the buffet.. every single day/meal would attend to us recommending foods to try, providing excellent service and just a pleasure to be around - he truly is a credit to your company. Overall if you’re looking for somewhere to stay, to rest, eat delicious food and have the best experience I could not recommend this hotel enough. We really did not want to leave. Hopefully will return in the near future.

Loved our first stay with the Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. The hotel was stunning, clean, staff superb and so friendly!
We had an amazing 3-week stay at Rixos Premium Abu Dhabi with our family and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always attentive to every detail, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The facilities are excellent — the pools, beach access, gym, and kids’ areas kept everyone entertained and relaxed. The variety and quality of the restaurants are outstanding, offering delicious meals every day. Our children especially loved the activities organized for them, which gave us parents the chance to enjoy some time to relax as well. A very special mention to Mr. Pardeep, whose kindness, courtesy, and professionalism made a real difference in our stay. He was always ready to help and ensured we felt cared for at every moment — truly an outstanding example of hospitality. This was one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t recommend Rixos Abu Dhabi highly enough. We will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
