Everything was perfect. Food was excellent, the variety was very large, even the pickiest eaters could find something, the desserts were phenomenal. New Year’s party was very nice, the only minus was that the hotel did not have their fireworks as we expected. Rooms are very nice and clean, room service was excellent. Costumer service was really nice as we had many questions. The fitness Center and yoga were very nice.

Fantastic experience. My 3rd stay at a Rixos hotel in the last 12 months and they will be my go to hotel chain from now on. We are a family of 4, all adults. Fantastic location, facilities, staff and the food and drinks packages on All Inclusive is better than anywhere else I've stayed

This hotel is absolutely stunning from the moment you arrive.we arrived at 11am and our room wasn’t meant to be ready until 3pm but they managed to have our room ready for 1pm which was perfect. The room was gorgeous and very spacious everything we needed was there. We was all inclusive the food was out of this world we had so much to choose from from fresh fish,meat and pasta. The pools were amazing with the swim up bars and area for children. The beach was perfect,they have a lovely man called benson who comes around and cleans your sunglasses every day he is so friendly.will definitely recommend this hotel

From the moment we met Cristina at check-in, to Ye Phone at the bar and all the staff at the Hashi restaurant and all the food halls, the staff were outstanding. Their friendliness, happiness, attention and professionalism made our stay the wonderful experience that it was.

Clean hotel with a high level service. Food was tasty and fresh. For kids hoped that pool water should be warmer. And there is too many russian...

We came for a 5 night stay over the Christmas period.

Front desk staff (unfortunately i forgot name. Please give him our compliments) allowed us early check in and upgrade as we were travelling with kids. Mr. Shekhar, chef in Flave restaurant made us comfortable by looking after our food requirements. Concierge team helped us in arranging taxi for Dubai. It has very good kids club and good buffet spread. Overall wonderful vacation.
