I had an excellent experience at Rixos Jeddah Obhur. The hospitality was exceptional and the team was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was especially impressed by the outstanding service from the staff — their attention to detail and genuine care made my stay memorable. Thank you for a wonderful experience; I look forward to coming back. I would like to share a few suggestions for improvement to make the villa experience even better: •I stayed in Villa 108 — the ground-floor bedroom and living room did not have Qibla direction signs. •There was no prayer rug in the villa. •It would be ideal to have ceiling fans installed in the outdoor seating area for comfort. •The wardrobes did not have basic glassware or tableware (such as water glasses, juice glasses, plates, or spoons). Since it’s a villa, having these essentials would add convenience and enhance the stay. These improvements would further elevate the guest experience. Thank you.
great experience, some notes: -the water was very weak in the bathroom (shower and bath tub) -the phone was not working -As an Accor gold member, I would've liked if we got an upgrade on the night of Saturday given the hotel has some capacity on Sunday (at least a room on the pool or some sea-view)

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately did not meet the expectations we have come to associate with five-star Rixos resorts based on our experiences in other countries. Here are the reasons for our dissatisfaction: 1. Early Check-In Experience: Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm the possibility of early check-in, and I was assured that we were welcome at any time. However, upon arrival, we felt as though we were a burden. The first room we received did not match our booking, and after raising this issue, we were moved to a room that was even worse. The discussions took so long that we ended our first day feeling frustrated. 2. Inadequate Room Amenities: The following day, we were moved to a room with a balcony but without any seating. Although we requested chairs, they were only provided after an eight-hour wait. 3. Turkish Restaurant Experience: We had a reservation at the Turkish restaurant, where the menu was very limited and there appeared to be inconsistencies with the offerings, which I have never encountered in any hotel worldwide, including other Rixos locations. 4. Pool Hours: The pool closes at 6 PM, which is not suitable given the climatic conditions we experience in Saudi Arabia. The timing should accommodate the weather, as the midday sun can be unbearable. 5. Staff Professionalism: While the staff were friendly and cheerful, some lacked the level of professionalism expected in a five-star establishment. 6. Late Check-Out Miscommunication: We were promised a late check-out as compensation for our first day's issues. However, we were surprised to find that the latest we could check out was 1 PM, with staff contacting us from 10 AM to remind us. While our stay was not entirely negative, we had to create our own positive atmosphere, and we felt the resort lacked the special touch typical of the Rixos brand. I have visited Rixos resorts in Sharm El Sheikh over five times and always looked forward to returning. I trust that as a professional and well-regarded management team, you will consider an appropriate form of compensation for our experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Everything was amazing, the best thing was the hospitality from the waiters , I travelled around the world for most of my life, those waiters were the best ! Facilities are amazing specially in the teens club and the padel trainers also were super friendly and thoughtful The room were huge and clean with really delicious fruit plate! , just need to check for bathtub water drainage Only one bad thing Fist of all the buffet was huge with really great diversity, regarding desserts dishes , it was great . But for the cooked food and meals, it was really under expectations…. As i said I tried a lot of hotels 4-5 stars worldwide , and many restaurants locally and globally , so i know what i’m talking about. And this is not only my opinion alone.. Unfortunately I think you need to change the chef for cocked meals …. Thank you
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was delicious, clean room and spacious junior suit. The resort facilities are at their best. One down side is the bath tub in our room was so high it was risky to go up and down before and after shower. I recommend adding a removable step

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was ideal. The breakfast had a great variety, and overall the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
