Everything was amazing: food, facilities, rooms, beach. One thing though, the light control panel in the room always remained lit up during the night, which significantly disrupted the sleep. Other than that, best hotel I’ve been to

Hello, I would like to thank all the staff of Rixos Radamis for a wonderful holiday. Also, express great respect to the hotel management for their high standards, attention to detail, and excellent organization of all processes, and to praise the impeccable cleanliness, beautiful landscaping, well-planned territory, and attentive staff. However, I also have a few remarks: the sunbeds are of very poor quality – cheap, with very sharp edges, constantly causing discomfort and requiring extra caution. The food is tasty, but even before the middle of lunch or breakfast, some dishes would already be gone, for example, sausages, meatballs, or beef patties. It was also quite annoying that there were no spoons next to the soup containers – only a few were available, although the staff would bring them upon request. The rooms are cleaned wonderfully, and all the cosmetics and towels are of the highest quality. We will definitely return to Rixos. Our next trip is planned to Rixos Megawish in Hurghada, and I hope that holiday will be just as great.

The hotel was very large and offered a wide variety of activities, so there was always something to do. I would especially like to thank the entertainment team — they were always friendly, smiling, and full of positive energy. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Rixy Club was also excellent and very well organized. A big thank you to the entire entertainment team for their great effort and hospitality. They truly made our experience memorable.

I had hoped it would be better and more comfortable, as the room wasn't as comfortable as the first time I visited Rixos Radames.

The stay was my most comfortable and relaxing stay so far. Property is very well designed and spred over the whole premises. Beach was so nicely maintained that anyone will love to stay here for hours and days. Staff is also very helping and understanding. Food options are endless to chose from with good quality and taste. Live music during breakfast was amazing. It was overall a very comfortable and engaging stay.
