I stayed for 4 days and it was a lovely experience. The facilities (and the food) were excellent and the staff were very attentive. Very enjoyable.

The hotel itself is very nice and has great potential, but unfortunately, the service needs significant improvement. There was no drinks service in the lobby bar, by the pool, or even down on the beach, which really affected the guest experience. Some staff members clearly need more training, and the constant use of mobile phones by employees in guest areas was quite surprising and unprofessional. Communication was also poor, we asked about upgrading our room or even change the room as it was located by the delivery area which was a bit noisy, and the reception team never came back to us. We also struggled with basic services such as towels and sun loungers. Towels were often unavailable for hours, and there were not enough sunbeds on the beach, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities. On a positive note, the Turkish restaurant was exceptional. The quality of the food and the level of service there stood out it was the best dining experience we had during our stay and truly reflected the Rixos standard we expected. As a hotel manager myself, I notice these details and understand how much of a difference they make to a guest’s overall experience. The hotel has beautiful facilities and great potential, but service standards and staff training need to be improved to match the brand’s reputation. With more attention to these areas, Rixos Radamis could truly offer a five star experience.

I loved the hotel, the food and accommodation was excellent. I would stay here again. My only criticism is the amount I saw the staff in the kids clubs on their phones. This is not acceptable they should be interacting with the children

Location and amenities - good, no reason to go outside of the territory except tours. Big enough to have 10000 steps a day or even more. Food - good and tasty, great variety to try every day. Staff - friendly but if you don't leave tips to room cleaner - he don't replace hand towels, they simply disappear :) If you leave a tip - everything is on their places and even more. This fact is making me nervous, but it's Egypt. Rixy club - very big and full of entertainment options, excellent. Beach and pool bars - I can rate 7 of 10. Tried aperol first day and decided not to repeat. Canned beer is my choice to avoid headaches. Got a small accident with my son, he hit his head in the room. Llifeguards from the closest pool immediately helped with some ice, stopped the golf cart and sent us to hotel clinic. Got a very nice talk to local medical staff, guys are great. I want to thank them

It was not the best thing i didn't enjoy as my baby got sick and also the hotel was too crowded which made the service very bad also i didn't like the vibes. The staff was friendly i didn't had difficulties overall. I didn't like the idea of having a clinic inside the resort but is private because it was very expensive which costs me a fortune.

The food in the main restaurant needs a lot of improvement. There is no lamb and this is a big shortcoming in Rixos service. The waiters in the bar are very slow. Drinks took 20 minutes to be delivered and sometimes they didn't arrive at the Tirana lobby cafe. Most of the reception staff are not cheerful and difficult to deal with and they don't care about customer satisfaction. Thanks to Samer in the reception for the excellent service. There is a need for a cafe to have coffee with cakes or chocolate at all times of the day. This is your second visit in two months and we shouldn't forget the many positives. The waiters in the main restaurant in Tirana are good, especially Mohamed El Masry and Youssef. Thanks to them. The restaurants in the hotel are good, but you can only visit 3 restaurants and this is a big negative. The pool waiters don't come without paying large tips. The Rixos is good, but the closed play area for children is not safe at all and not prepared for children and the staff do not care about the safety of children at all. I have visited many hotels and they are all better and safer than Rixos for children. Bathrooms Rexy is often unclean, this message will be posted on Google thanks

​I want to praise the hotel in all aspects. Let's start with the welcome at the room reception. Mr. Ahmed Elsawi received us, listened to our request about the room, and gave us what we wanted. He is one of the most charming people I have ever met in the many hotels I've visited around the world. The food is delicious, the restaurants are clean, and the service is kind and fast. ​I also want to praise the young man at the new coffee stand next to the pool at Tirana,ahmed, a charming, smiling guy who is always helpful with everything. ​There is also the new cocktail stand on the lobby terrace of the Tirana. The guy operating it responded to every request and makes amazing, very delicious cocktails, and always greeted us with a smile and hospitality. ​If it were possible to heat the pools to at least 28 degrees, it would be better. And also to extend the operating hours of the children's electric cars. ​Overall, we enjoyed it very much and will always visit this amazing hotel.

Vacation with family

Everything was good besides the cleaning staff wasn't that good, I was in beach side and it opened new for visitors so the staff wasn't ready
