Overall stay was very good The location of Fouad hotel is exceptional The food was good but not as expected or not as other Rixos hotels standers i tried 3 different restaurants Jaylan from Guest relation team was amazing Housekeeping were amazing Also lifeguard team were very helpful Wishing next time there will be a place for fishing
We had an amazing experience! Everything about the stay was exceptional, especially the luxurious room and the fantastic location. The beach was simply amazing, and the evening shows were perfect. The dining was good, though it wasn't the highlight of our trip. We are grateful for the entire experience.
great stay but had some remarks and informed the reception, the shower door was not well sealed and the floor was slippery because of the water coming out of the cabin. the sewage of the shower was blocked and that was solved after i asked them to maintain. no fruit basket was in the room although the other rooms had.

my experience in Rixos King Fouad was amazing, loved the fact that I am directly located on the sea shore. The room was very well furnished and I loved all the amenities.
We truly enjoyed our recent stay at Rixos Montaza Alexandria. We had a wonderful time in what we consider to be a very special place. Our only regret is that the time seemed to pass by much too quickly! We are certainly looking forward to repeating our visit very soon, and we will definitely try to extend our stay for a longer period next time.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location was great, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. There was a small instance of inattention from room service, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. The breakfast was delicious with good variety, and both the reception and concierge were welcoming and helpful.
