Bloom Restaurant at Rixos Sungate welcomes Flavour Fusion Crew this summer

World-renowned chefs will launch new exclusive dining events combining French gastronomy

with Turkish flair for a culinary experience like no other.

 

This summer Rixos will launch a brand-new series of exclusive dining events taking place at Rixos Sungate in Türkiye, as the hotel welcomes three top chefs to entertain guests with their delicious cuisine.

 

Flavour Fusion Crew, taking place across three evenings in July and August, will see Executive Chef Recep Yüksel of Rixos Sungate’s Bloom Restaurant partner with three guest chefs from Lille, France; Gérald Guille of one Michelin star restaurant Pureté, Alexandre Miquel of La Table de Clarance at the Clarance Hotel, and Matieu Boutroy of Le Cerisier, also the holder of one Michelin star, for this adults only event

 

Each guest chef will work closely with Chef Yüksel in partnership to create a unique, seven-course tasting menu, available for one night only, fusing the iconic Turkish flavours and hospitality with a French twist. Gérald Guille will be in the kitchen on Wednesday 31st July, Alexander Miquel Clarance on Wednesday 14th August and Mathieu Boutroy on Thursday 22nd August.
