Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adults Only 18+

Staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food very good especially in a La carte restaurants. Gardens and surrounding areas immaculate. Would like to come back next year.

The Rixos Sharm facility is excellent and we had a wonderful time. All of the staff were excellent, attentive and very friendly to deal with. The first Pool bar (Oasis) server (I think his name was Mohamed) was excellent (forever cheerful), the poolside attendants similarly so (for towels etc), the afternoon tea on the terrace by main reception (Ground floor level) was excellent and the attendant who served us every afternoon was exceptional - a real pleasure to deal with - the best member of staff we encountered. The a la carte meals were also excellent as was the main restaurant - the chefs do a wonderful job. There are a number of suggestions we would make - a map in the room of the facility would make the area easier to understand and navigate, a booklet with the various facilities and excursions (into the Red Sea/Diving/snorkelling etc), the spa and other facilities at the site - (perhaps a central location you could visit and book?) the ability to book an a la carte restaurant at a different time than midnight on the day to get a spot (it seemed crazy to have to wake at midnight to book a restaurant a la carte slot). Some of the facilities are in need of update - the lounger chairs around the pools and umbrellas, some of the room facilities, there was a lack of hot water for the bath/shower - they are starting to look a little tired for a top end resort.

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Sharm Adults Only in November. Our room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Our cleaner looked after us well and we enjoyed the different touches he added. All of the staff from the pool and snack bar to the restaurants and spa went above an beyond to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. The resort looked amazing in readiness for Christmas, we especially loved the lights and trees at night time! Overall a great stay and we would definitely return. The only downsides were related to the loud music at some of the pools and down at the beach in the evening (meaning that it was difficult to hear each other talk in the beach bar). We were relieved that our room was in a quieter part of the resort otherwise this would have been a big issue for us.

My wife and I had an extraordinary experience; we've been to almost all top Sharm El Sheikh resorts, but this is different. The resort itself is fantastic, but the services are another story. Everyone, no exception, was amiable and helpful. We had plans to go out and do things in Sharm El Sheikh, but you guys made it impossible, as everything inside is way better than outside. I want to thank everyone, and special thanks to Mina, the receptionist, Alaaeddin, Rami, and Alaa, the gulf cart drivers. They were much more than that; they were more like tour guides. This place became my favorite in Sharm El Sheikh.
