A wonderful hotel with top services. very nice staff and excellent food. everything is great
I had high hopes for this hotel, being a Rixos property and not too old, but it just did not meet my expectation. The rooms are clean but very basic. The all inclusive including the bar sounds good until you open the bar and theres only coca cola, fanta and sprite. The food in the buffet restuarant was actually tasty but no variety, same things everyday. The al carte option on day two is a joke. Tried making a reservation for dinner but everything is fully booked 30min after they open the booking option. We walked in to the steak house and there were only 5 occupied seats. The rest were empty, which dint make sense why we couldnt book it in the first place. The hotel grounds are lovely. The salty water pool in the main biggest pool was just a let down, since its not temprature controlled.
Hotel is nice, service was very good in general. Check in and check out faultless and very friendly/helpful. Food choice ls limited and not diverse. Drinks quality was average and limited choice
