Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah

As usual rixos experience and services was great and involving all the family. From food to entertainment it was well managed and rooms sea view are great and spacious! Strongly recommended for an escape or family vacation!!

This is the second Rixos hotel we choose for our vacation and i am glad that we did so. The staff was amazing, extremely professional, polite, helpful and overall a pleasure to meet them everyday. The food was great quality, although we felt the need for more western diversity. Room was spacious and very clean, as well as the hotel. Minus points for the main pool which had way too much chlorine and ruined a couple of our clothes and for the fact that you cannot access breakfast on the arrival day + lunch/snacks/drinks on the day you leave. Unfortunately we were surprised as this is the first time we encountered this policy in a similar quality hotel.

We enjoyed our two-night stay, with a beautiful environment and amazing staff—especially Mr. Rezvan at the reception, who kindly arranged a better room on a higher floor and helped us book dinner at one of the best restaurants. However, we were disappointed that the main swimming pool did not have temperature control, so we were limited to the smaller pools which were cooler. In addition, the operating hours of the bars and snack bars were not very convenient.

The staff are incredible, but the food is limited, cold and often poor quality. This includes the so-called a la carte restaurants. The Sol bar didn’t make seafood available and the food was disgusting and often inedible. The entertainment is repetitive and excursions are over priced. The main pool is loud and makes staying in the hotel horrendous. Fortunately we had a villa Recommendation: make food available all day and get rid of the juice bar. For ultra all inclusive, I’d expect room service included.

Great trip away and the kids loved it.
