We enjoy our stay at the resort, particularly for the following: 1. Housekeepers were very attentive to our needs. 2. Buggy services were great. 3. Decorations and cake were given for our anniversary and my kids' birthday, which was very nice. 4. Checkout was great and easy. 5. The saltwater pool was great with the open bar. It was a great stay for the family. However, a few things can definitely be improved, such as: 1. Food at the buffet restaurant was quite repetitive; lunch was similar to dinner, with only a few changes to the main and dessert. 2. We couldn't get the connecting room despite phoning and requesting in advance with the resort. 3. Payment was very confusing as I booked via the ALL mobile app, took a good 15-20 mins to sort out with the reception. 4. Food was also quite average tasting-wise at the buffet restaurant. 5. We didn't get a room upgrade - condition subject to availability, which I am aware of, but still quite disappointing. The room was quite small to have 2 kids and baby cots. 6. The reception didn't feel as welcoming as expected and there were no welcome drinks.
