The stay was overall good, nice staff and room service. Bed linen and towels were torn heavily, asked additionally for bathrobe, it was all covered with stains. Some repaired works were done in the next door room so there was an awful smell for couple of days but reception couldn't explain anything to that. Lack of sunbeds on the beach, not way you can find place after breakfast.

Arrival & Check-In From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and friendly, and we were delighted to discover that the hotel had upgraded us to the Children’s Suite. This thoughtful gesture immediately set the tone for our stay and made an enormous difference for us, especially traveling with our 15-month-old daughter on her first holiday. The staff provided clear information about the resort layout, dining options, entertainment schedule, and facilities, making it easy to settle in. Children’s Suite The upgraded suite was spacious, immaculate, and perfectly suited for families. The added space allowed our daughter to play freely and made daily routines much more comfortable. The separate children’s area created a peaceful sleeping environment, while the main bedroom allowed us to relax without disturbing her. Housekeeping maintained the room beautifully each day, replenishing towels and toiletries, keeping everything tidy, and always being considerate of our daughter’s nap times. Dining Experience A major highlight of our stay was the dining experience made truly exceptional by Nikhil and his catering team. Their level of service was nothing short of outstanding. They remembered our preferences, ensured we were always looked after, and paid particular attention to our daughter’s needs. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made every meal enjoyable. The food itself was abundant, fresh, and varied. With international cuisine, the Indian options being some of the best I have experienced in a hotel. live cooking stations, themed nights, and plentiful options for children, we never once struggled to find dishes we enjoyed. High chairs were always clean and readily available, and there were plenty of toddler-friendly meal options, making dining stress-free for us. Kids’ Facilities, Pools & Beach Our daughter absolutely loved the kids’ pool, which quickly became her favourite place each day. It was warm, clean, and safely designed for little ones. The beach area was equally impressive well maintained, peaceful, and beautiful, with plenty of loungers and shade. The gentle water made it a wonderful environment for families. The playground was another excellent feature, giving our daughter lots of space to explore and play between pool sessions. Every outdoor area felt safe, clean, and family-friendly. Entertainment The evening entertainment added a lively and enjoyable atmosphere to the resort. Although our daughter’s early bedtime meant we couldn’t stay for every show, the performances we did experience were fun, high quality, and well organised. The entertainment team did a fantastic job creating a vibrant yet family-appropriate atmosphere each evening. Cleanliness & Maintenance One of the most impressive aspects of the resort was its impeccable cleanliness. Every area rooms, restaurants, walkways, restrooms, pools, beach, and common facilities was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping and maintenance teams take great pride in their work. For a family traveling with a toddler, this level of cleanliness made us feel incredibly comfortable. Additional Services Although we didn’t use it, the hotel’s free shuttle service to Dubai Mall is a fantastic added convenience for guests who want to explore the city without arranging transportation themselves. It’s yet another example of the thoughtful services Rixos provides. Overall Experience Our stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr was truly memorable. The combination of the room upgrade, family-friendly facilities, beautiful surroundings, spotless cleanliness, great food, and excellent entertainment created a holiday that exceeded our expectations. But what truly made our stay outstanding was the service we received from Nikhil and his team. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care transformed ordinary moments into lasting memories. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and excited to return in the future.
